356 milionë euro për OJQ-të? Eman Rrahmani, në emisionin “DPT te Fidani”, deklaroi se 356 milionë euro janë ndarë për OJQ-të, shumica prej tyre nga niveli qendror. Nëse kjo është e vërtetë, atëherë kjo është një shumë marramendëse e parasë publike, e parasë së qytetarëve. Kujt iu dhanë këto para? Për çfarë qëllimi? Çfarë pune u bë? Çfarë përfituan qytetarët? OJQ-të mund të kenë rol të rëndësishëm në shoqëri. Ato mund të kontribuojnë në arsim, shëndetësi, të drejta të njeriut, mirëqenie sociale dhe shumë fusha të tjera. Por kur flasim për qindra milionë euro, besimi nuk mjafton. Duhet transparencë.
