10 Sex Tips for MEN:
1. Always be on top. Never allow her to be on top in whatever circumstances.
2. Don't lick the perineum.
3. Don't switch off lights.
4. Progressive overload. Sex is an artful skill, just like lifting weights. It gets better with time.
5. No pornography.
6. Use a condom if you do not want a baby or if she is not married to you.
7. Never trust any woman during sex, including your wife.
8. Don't rush to ejaculate. Enjoy the orgasm, but don't ejaculate.
9. Push the orgasm across your spine into your brain, but don't ejaculate.
10. Embrace semen retention.

3⃣Enhancing Sanitation Monitoring:
We complement government efforts by delivering actionable insights reflecting the tangible gains in our intervention areas. Digitising CLTS Forms A and B has transformed how government officials and project staff track and update household sanitation progress enabling:
✅ Accurate and Timely Monitoring: Real-time data synchronisation across the forms enables swift updates, ensuring precise tracking of sanitation milestones.
✅ Enhanced Decision-Making: A dynamic, real-time sanitation dashboard allows stakeholders to visualise progress, identify gaps, and drive targeted interventions.
✅ Eliminating Bottlenecks: By moving away from physical forms, we’ve overcome the challenges of data loss and inefficiency, paving the way for streamlined operations and impactful outcomes.

2⃣: Promoting Behavior Change for Sustainable Hygiene Practices
We empower communities to adopt healthier habits through proven Behavior Change Communication (BCC) approaches such as:
🔹 Community-Led Total Sanitation (CLTS): Empowering communities to eliminate open defecation.
🔹 WASH in Schools (WinS): Educating children to champion hygiene, including School-Led Total Sanitation and Hygiene (SLTSH). #WorldToiletDay2024 #AmrefWASImpact @denmarkinkenya @USAIDKenya @UNICEFKenya

We believe access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) is fundamental to health, education, and economic growth. Across Kenya, #Amref implements transformative WASH programs that leave lasting impacts in communities, schools, and healthcare facilities. Here’s how we make it happen:
1⃣: Building Lifesaving WASH Infrastructure.
We develop sustainable and inclusive solutions that meet the unique needs of every community, including;
🔹 Solar-powered boreholes providing clean water in arid regions.
🔹 Spring protection and pipeline extensions delivering safe water closer to homes.
🔹 Inclusive sanitation units and handwashing facilities in schools and healthcare facilities, ensuring no one is left behind. #WorldToiletDay2024 #AmrefWASHImpact #AfyaBora #Amref4PHC

Meet the Faces Behind @Amref_Kenya's WASH Initiatives!
Our dedicated WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) team is at the heart of a mission that’s creating healthier, more resilient communities across Kenya. Through their tireless collaboration with county governments and partners, we’re advancing access to clean water, sustainable sanitation, and vital hygiene education – the essential building blocks of a healthy society.
Here’s a snapshot of our impact:
✅Enhancing access to Clean Water: We’re increasing access to safe drinking water through well drilling, rainwater harvesting, and improved water storage solutions, especially in underserved areas.
✅Providing sanitation Solutions: We promote sustainable sanitation through community-led initiatives that build proper latrines, manage waste, and maintain sanitation facilities. Empowering communities to manage sanitation independently has led to healthier living environments.
✅Hygiene Education: Beyond infrastructure, we’re empowering communities with knowledge of essential hygiene practices. Our health education programs address handwashing, safe food practices, and menstrual hygiene, making hygiene a sustainable part of daily life. #AmrefTransforms2030 #AmrefBigBets #AmrefLearningForum2024 #Amref4PHC

Through the 100% WASH project funded by Well:Fair Foundation, in collaboration with H.E. @OleNtutuK, Governor, @NarokCountyGvt, we co-commissioned the Oloolaimutia Comprehensive School and Community WASH Project at Oloolaimutia Comprehensive School, Narok West Sub-county. The project includes a solar-powered borehole, a community water kiosk, storage tanks, and 36 modern latrines for boys, girls, and teachers, equipped with shower cubicles and handwashing facilities. Additionally, clean and safe drinking water points have been installed at the school compound.
The WASH project aims to reduce diarrhea and other WASH-related diseases in schools and communities, and to improve educational outcomes by ensuring high WASH standards. This initiative benefits 1261 learners at Oloolaimutia Comprehensive School, as well as 37 other schools and catchment communities in Narok West and Transmara West. Currently, over 17000 learners and approximately 65,000 community members have gained access to safe water and sanitation. #AmrefWASHImpact @SuboticStiftung @NSubotic4 @martinmuchangi @DanielKurao @DeMunai @lengewaSMoses @MuteyianViola

Clean hands save lives worldwide. Effective #handwashing prevents deadly diseases like diarrhea, cholera, and respiratory infections, especially in vulnerable regions. Access to soap and water is a powerful tool against illness. Let’s raise awareness and promote better hygiene practices everywhere. #HandwashingSavesLives #AmrefWASHImpact #handwashingday

Today, our board, led by the Board Chairperson, Mette Kjaer Kinoti, visited @Kakamega_037 to inspect and interact with the beneficiaries of our @GlobalFund - TB, & Malaria and NTDs projects implemented in the county. The team visited the Kakamega General and Referral Hospital, a level 5 health facility in Lurambi Sub-county; paid a courtesy call to CEC Health, Bernard Wesonga, and later inspected the medical oxygen plant, cylinders, and piping in the hospital wards. They learned about the challenges and successes in deploying primary care networks (PCNs) - Kenya's model for (PHC) and experienced the project team's contributions to the last mile communities in improving Malaria, TB, and NTD outcomes. #Amref4PHC @MOH_Kenya @matendechero @NdiranguWanjuki @GilbertWangalwa @Agikunda
