Hey @SecretaryPete - can you fix @Amtrak? Been waiting hours for delayed @RideRail train from Boston to Portland, ME and then it’s about a 3 hour ride. It is 100 miles. Could have driven this in a fraction of the time. This is embarrassing. @USDOT

@AmtrakNECAlerts #687. We are finally on the move. Almost 2.5 hours late on @RideRail. Kudos to conductor for the sense of humor. That’s been the only good part of this experience so far. Very disappointing. App and X should provide updates about delays!

@WBUR @Amtrak Broken equipment, broken switch, & difficulty providing access to a passenger in a wheelchair = the source of delays. Kudos to the @RideRail conductor on the loudspeaker, who has a sense of humor. Let’s invest in a better train system so ppl can get to their destinations on time!
