Equality is a such a simple and obvious concept that it is the foundation of any fair system. The children need not age out of their parents immigration paperwork due to per-country limits which perpetuate discrimination based on country of birth. ajc.com/news/georgia-n…

Can Documented Dreamers agree to drop the “I came here legally so I am deserving of compassion” shtick? I support your effort 100%, but this line reeks of classism. More immigrants are deserving of pathways to legal residence because our country will be better. Period.

But eg some H-4 can F-1 followed by employment-based visas or green cards (or marriage to USC/LPR). DACA beneficiaries are not eligible for any nonimmigrant visa, and (with some exceptions) they often can't adjust based on family or employment.

Medical exams for people inside the US for many years, as one of the requirements for "admissibility" is totally & utterly unnecessary. @USCISDirector @doug_rand should permanently remove the need for I-693 for AoS applications.

@SpeakSamuel Regardless. What they did FY2021 was fraud. They accepted concurrent i140 i485 appli in Oct2020, which go to TSC & NSC, with ZERO intention of touching them. Only straight i485s go to NBC & get greened. Unless U INTERFILE to EB2(not all have this privilege), U R Screwed. #Fraud

On June 16, USCIS said they would use all the available employment based green cards by the end of this fiscal year. But they have only 4 months to process 130k remaining green cards and it took them 9 months to process 149k. They updated their FAQ at 5pm on a Friday.

Stuck in GC backlog due to the discriminatory & RACIST per country cap, which @AILANational says should only be removed if applicants 20 years later are not affected by it negatively, it's OK to keep hurting Indians though.

@calebwatney @SpeakSamuel My own view is this rule is a lot of hassle and hype and they could do the same thing with O-1 and EB2 NIW without all the nonsense of parole. They could just issue guidance saying the exact same thing makes you O1 or EB2 NIW eligible.

We do 90% work, but @AILANational makes money for posting those documents. They don't even take responsibility of any mistakes that they do. Best job I tell you.
