$PDYN further building its moat with a new patent around intelligent target recognition, autonomous path planning, and real-time behavioral prediction across multiple types of sensors deployed across multi-domain environments (space, air, land, and maritime). Denis Garagic, CTO, Co-Founder, and Named Inventor said: "We believe our patented BPL framework does three things no conventional AI system can match at the edge: it recognizes targets across multiple sensor types without the cloud, it turns a spoken instruction into an optimized robotic motion plan in seconds, and it keeps tracking even when the signal goes dark.” Read more here: investor.palladyneai.com/news-releases/… @haydenir @PolarizingLit @jrouldz @HenryInvests @sunao_viewer @StockSavvyShay @itschrisray $ONDS $DPRO $SWMR @stocks4545 $AVAV @anduriltech @stocks4545 $RKLB $FLY $PL $RDW $LUNR @TheRonnieVShow @SJCapitalInvest @GrumpierBTDay @LilyFunds $MOB $RCAT @RedCatHoldings @KawzInvests @SuperDuperInvst @USArmy @SecWar @CENTCOM @us_navyseals @USASOCNews @AFSpecOpsCmd @USSOCOM @thejointstaff @HyperTechInvest @nick88886666 @GeoInvesting @MSmicrocaps @DrJebaim @NasdaqExchange

$PDYN This isn’t a trade show demo. Northern Strike is one of the DoD’s main large-scale exercises where new tech actually gets put in real conditions and in front of the people who make buying decisions. What stands out here is PDYN isn’t just showing up. Their tech is what’s being tested. SwarmOS and IntelliSwarm are running on multiple UAVs from different manufacturers working together as one system, not stitched together last minute, but actually coordinated through PDYN’s stack. That’s been a real problem in defense. And this is where their DECA framework comes in, which they laid out in their recent white paper. Decentralized embodied collaborative autonomy sounds academic, but the idea is simple. Each system can think, adapt, and coordinate locally instead of waiting on a central command. That’s a real differentiator when you’re operating in environments where comms are degraded or gone entirely. The decentralized piece is just as important. Everyone talks about autonomy, but it breaks down fast in denied comms environments. If PDYN can show these systems operating and making decisions without relying on constant connectivity, that’s exactly what the military has been asking for. ATAK integration is another quiet signal. You’re plugging into something already widely used instead of forcing a new workflow. That carries real weight when it comes to adoption. Zooming out a bit… The DoD has been pushing hard toward autonomous, distributed systems. Replicator is probably the clearest example of that shift. The gap hasn’t been drones. There are plenty of those. The gap is getting different systems to actually work together in a meaningful way. That’s what PDYN is trying to prove here, with their own software and platforms at the core of it. If they pull this off in a setting like Northern Strike, this starts to move from concept to something a lot closer to real deployment conversations. @haydenir @PolarizingLit @jrouldz @HenryInvests @sunao_viewer @StockSavvyShay @itschrisray $ONDS $DPRO $SWMR @stocks4545 $AVAV @anduriltech @stocks4545 $RKLB $FLY $PL $RDW $LUNR @TheRonnieVShow @SJCapitalInvest @GrumpierBTDay @LilyFunds $MOB $RCAT @RedCatHoldings @KawzInvests @SuperDuperInvst @USArmy @SecWar @CENTCOM @us_navyseals @USASOCNews @AFSpecOpsCmd @USSOCOM @thejointstaff @HyperTechInvest @nick88886666 @GeoInvesting @MSmicrocaps @DrJebaim @NasdaqExchange

$PDYN Northland Capital Markets initiates coverage with an outperform rating and $10 price target implying nearly 100% upside. "We see Palladyne's SwarmOS and Palladyne IQ as a key differentiator. The company should be able to monetize the technology via direct sales to military agencies and system vendors. Palladyne will also embed the capability in new, proprietary aerial systems, such as Gremlin and SwarmStrike. This should differentiate those systems and aid sales."  @haydenir @PolarizingLit @jrouldz @HenryInvests @sunao_viewer @StockSavvyShay @itschrisray $ONDS $DPRO $SWMR @stocks4545 $AVAV @anduriltech $RKLB $FLY $PL $RDW $LUNR @TheRonnieVShow @SJCapitalInvest @GrumpierBTDay @LilyFunds $MOB $RCAT @RedCatHoldings @KawzInvests @SuperDuperInvst @HyperTechInvest @nick88886666 @GeoInvesting @MSmicrocaps @DrJebaim @NasdaqExchange

Thank you for the excellent write up on $BUDA @BudaJuice . I understand that each investor has their own philosophy and requirements. This may not be for everyone, but here are some additional thoughts/questions... Diversification - HEB is a double edged sword. There is still a meaningful growth opportunity here over the next few years in Texas. It gives them a strong base from which to expand, but I understand the concentration risk argument if revenue doesn't diversify - but this is more of a longer-term risk. If there is not evidence of meaningful diversification in 2027, then it becomes more of a concern. The pursuit with new customers is mutual, not one way. Their business with Kroger is local, in DFW today, less than 20 stores. Kroger has 300 stores in TX. 3000 nation-wide. There are other large national and regional chains in Texas and beyond. At $12M in 2025, it doesn't take much to double revenue just in TX. If they sign multiple customers and expand beyond TX, revenue growth can explode. Valuation: It definitely isn't cheap on trailing numbers. But this is a growth company, not a value company, so trailing should just be one part of the valuation. You need to look at the future range of possibilities too. Additionally, if you look at comps, you have to also consider that this company is generating 20+% FCF margins, while it is unlikely that other emerging brands are even FCF positive. They are uniquely structured to not have to pay slotting fees, trade promotions or marketing or other promotional fees like the competition as well. If we look at 2026 as a transition year from an expense POV (they should be able to get operating leverage on the SGA line in future years) given the one-time increase for public company costs and anticipated start up costs from new customers and a new production facility (assuming they expand the fresh shelf life window with the upgrades to the Dallas facility as planned, they will be able to serve a broader geo out of there), what do you think would be an appropriate revenue multiple on the following growth rate scenarios? 12% ($14.1M in 2026) 20% ($15.1M) 30% ($16.4M) 40% ($17.6M) 50% ($18.9M) 100%(25.2M) @GeoInvesting @majgeoinvesting @MicroCapClub @MSmicrocaps @OlivierColombo

$PDYN continues to spread the word on why its collaborative embodied, edge-based AI for drone swarms is something truly unique and likely something no other company can match. Already the technology leader in truly collaborative, edge-based AI, $PDYN introduced the Omega-Class Wolf Pack swarm concept that uses game theory/predictive analytics to take its swarming software to the next level. Rumors are the @DeptofWar thinks this is a technology that won't be available for 5-10 years. Its much closer than they think. @haydenir @PolarizingLit @jrouldz @HenryInvests @sunao_viewer @StockSavvyShay @itschrisray $ONDS $DPRO $SWMR @stocks4545 $AVAV @anduriltech @stocks4545 $RKLB $FLY $PL $RDW $LUNR @TheRonnieVShow @SJCapitalInvest @GrumpierBTDay @LilyFunds $MOB $RCAT @RedCatHoldings @KawzInvests @SuperDuperInvst @USArmy @SecWar @CENTCOM @us_navyseals @USASOCNews @AFSpecOpsCmd @USSOCOM @thejointstaff @HyperTechInvest @nick88886666 @GeoInvesting @MSmicrocaps @DrJebaim @NasdaqExchange

Automation follows instructions. Autonomy makes decisions. That distinction matters more than most people realize, and it's exactly what Palladyne AI CEO Ben Wolff unpacks in this conversation. 🎯 Real-world deployment. Physical systems. Machines that perceive, decide, and act on their own, in the field, at the edge, without a human in the loop for every decision. 🤖 If you're serious about where AI is actually headed, watch this. 👉 hubs.la/Q048n_NP0 @bsiegelIR @HaydenIR $PDYN

Check out @bsiegelIR post about $BUDA. We really like this one. Reach out to him directly if you'd like to learn more. Conference call at 1030 AM Central today.
Brian Siegel, IRC, MBA@bsiegelIR

$BUDA reported 2025 results this morning. This was their final quarter as a private company as they did their #IPO in January. The key messages here: 1 - This company is a rarity in microcap and CPG land - solid trailing growth rates...high profit margins...FCF generation. Historical growth is priced in. Low float. There is a moat for Ultra Fresh. What isn't fully-priced in: 2 - The multi-year growth acceleration story that starts as we move through 2026. Think of it this way. They did about $11M with one customer in one state in 2025. They did the IPO to meaningfully accelerate profitable growth. Imagine if they expand with their underpenetrated customers (Kroger, Costco) within Texas and then beyond. Imagine if they add new customers. Growth Plan: ⏩Plenty of runway left in Texas with large existing customer + expanding within Texas and to surrounding states with underpenetrated customers. Their Dallas facility has $55M in capacity that they believe can be filled over next few years - only $12M in revenue today. ⏩Expand to the East Coast later in the year with existing under-penetrated customers and new customers. Again, another $55M of potential capacity. They won't stand up this facility until they are already doing business in the region. Smart, profitable expansion. Expand with customers to a new region, then build the facility, scale the facility. ⏩Rinse and repeat for West Coast in 2027/2028. plus...new products, Ultra Fresh category expansion 3 - Today's Results for FY25 are the base case: Double-digit topline growth of 12%; 45% GM $3M in FCF 28% net profit margin $3.8M in adjusted EBITDA This is a potential multi-bagger in the making, especially if you buy in before the growth accelerates or buy the dips. budajuice.com/pr/buda-juice-… @BudaJuice @MSmicrocaps @PlanetMicroCap @theLDMicro @MicroCapClub @GeoInvesting #microcaps #GROWTH #profits #freecashflow @realLigerCub @stocks4545 @PolarizingLit @haydenir @HenryInvests @DeepSailCapital @InvestorMexican @GrumpierBTDay @dallasnews @IPOtweet @DeepSailCapital @KyleAdamsStocks @DMetropolitan @TrentBlair19 @SCMRE111 @majgeoinvesting @onecentinvest @ipo_candy @MoneyMarkStocks @BreakoutInvestr @Mike10947310 @stocks4545

This $PDYN whitepaper (palladyneai.com/whitepapers/fr…) builds on the one put out a few weeks ago explaining the difference between Cloud AI and Edge AI (palladyneai.com/whitepapers/cl…), both by @PalladyneAI . For those that are truly INVESTED in the #drone theme, these are MUST READS. The white paper provides one of the best and simple explanations that should help the @DeptofWar , investors, customers sort through all the noise about collaborative autonomy/drone swarms. So many companies use these terms and make claims, but there are different levels of autonomy, just like with self-driving cars. This latest white paper breaks down the 5 levels of autonomy for vehicles that have been generally accepted in the industry and applies it to drones. $PDYN is likely the only company that can claim this: Drone Level 5 – Full Mission Autonomy Within Defined Domain - the Oracle-Class Wolf Pack Swarm The system assumes responsibility for mission-level decisions within its domain. It adapts to unforeseen conditions and continues operating without requiring human fallback during execution. However, as with Level 4, humans remain on-the-loop and are able to intervene or make ultimate go/no-go decisions as necessary or appropriate. @haydenir @PolarizingLit @jrouldz @HenryInvests @sunao_viewer @StockSavvyShay @itschrisray $ONDS $DPRO $SWMR @stocks4545 $AVAV @anduriltech @stocks4545 $RKLB $FLY $PL $RDW $LUNR @TheRonnieVShow @SJCapitalInvest @GrumpierBTDay @LilyFunds $MOB $RCAT @RedCatHoldings @KawzInvests @SuperDuperInvst @USArmy @SecWar @CENTCOM @us_navyseals @USASOCNews @AFSpecOpsCmd @USSOCOM @thejointstaff @HyperTechInvest @nick88886666 @GeoInvesting @MSmicrocaps @DrJebaim @itschrisray

Everyone in defense tech is claiming "autonomous drone swarms." Pre-programmed waypoints ≠ collision avoidance ≠ genuine machine-to-machine collaboration. Same words. Dramatically different capabilities. Our CEO, Ben Wolff, and CTO, Denis Garagic wrote the framework to cut through the noise ⬇️ hubs.la/Q047KyXR0 $PDYN #DefenseTech #PalladyneAI @bsiegelIR @HaydenIR $PDYN

$PDYN Not sure what to make of today's trading on positive news. The only thing I can think of is the traders have moved to $SWMR temporarily or there is an incorrect perception about that company's Trident OS compares to SwarmOS, which from the look of things it doesn't. Coordinated autonomy is below SwarmOS collaborative autonomy. I wrote about it here: x.com/bsiegelIR/stat… @haydenir @PolarizingLit @jrouldz @HenryInvests @sunao_viewer @StockSavvyShay @itschrisray $ONDS $DPRO @stocks4545 $AVAV @anduriltech @stocks4545 $RKLB $FLY $PL $RDW $LUNR @TheRonnieVShow @SJCapitalInvest @GrumpierBTDay @LilyFunds $MOB $RCAT @RedCatHoldings @KawzInvests @SuperDuperInvst @HyperTechInvest @nick88886666 @GeoInvesting @MSmicrocaps @DrJebaim
