@OctopusEnergy has such a cutesy positive website but still can't resolve smart meter/billing issues. Particularly inexcusable as they know I have long term mental health problems, massive anxiety, a massive credit balance but they are still taking 100 odd pounds tomorrow !

Has anyone ever tried to find a holiday on the @Hoseasons website. It's like trying to crack the enigma. Badly designed and totally unusable. I've given up - reasoning a holiday abroad will be easier to arrange.

Thanks to the lady at @Timpson_Ltd today for destroying a @Longines watch and strap buy buffing the expensive original strap on a huge cobblers machine and cracking it, then scratching the lugs by trying to fit a wrong sized cheapo fob off strap from the front. Any advice ?

@TrumpeterMedia @McDonalds @JustEatUK Friday night got a curry from my local curry shop. Ordered on their website, no service charge. Most importantly they are accountable to the customer - Just Eat seem to hide behind policy. An altogether more pleasant experience than @JustEatUK .

So - I place an order at our local @McDonalds via @JustEatUK as shown below. The food arrives, literally stone cold and goes in the bin. I attempt to get a refund via @JustEatUK and my only option for a 13 pound order is 5 pound credit. This is wrong.

@The_Oodie You can but it won't be delivered. Didn't get confirmation email, when I chatted out they said dispatch should have been beginning of last week ... still nothing, its been 3 weeks now ... get it sorted and stop advertising for more sales !

The best thing about the Oodie website is that it’s open 24/7. You can buy an Oodie at 2am 🤷‍♀️
