Mr Starmer, Tomorrow the British people will pass another verdict upon you. Across the country, your councillors will fall in numbers that will make even your own party flinch. This is not a routine mid-term correction. It is the continued and deserved rejection of a man who has governed against the will of those who elected him. You took office promising to restore trust, to control borders, and to put British interests first. Instead you have delivered record migration, two-tier policing, and the steady dismantling of the very sovereignty the British people voted to reclaim in 2016. You have spent your time in power not defending this country, but managing its decline while pretending the damage is either inevitable or someone else’s fault. You shielded predators when you were Director of Public Prosecutions. You weaponised the Human Rights Act against your own citizens long before you became Prime Minister. And now, from Downing Street, you continue the same work elevating those who despise this country while treating its native population with barely concealed contempt. You speak of British values while importing and protecting the very forces that seek to erase them. History will not remember you as a reformer. It will remember you as the man who accelerated Britain’s transformation into something unrecognisable to the people who built it. You did not arrive in office by accident. You have spent decades preparing the ground for this moment, weakening institutions, opening borders, and placing the interests of foreigners and ideologues above those of the British people. Tomorrow we will make our feelings clear at the ballot box. And we will be right to do so. The reckoning has already begun. Britain First. No Surrender. 🦁🇬🇧

🇬🇧The replacements being lined up for Keir Starmer are the same people who made him this unpopular Labour MPs are reportedly planning to demand a resignation timetable the morning after Thursday's local elections, with three names already circulating as the likely successors. 🔴 Wes Streeting was the Health Secretary running the NHS through the worst doctors' strike in years 🔴 Angela Rayner resigned in March over a tax investigation that called her own personal finances into question 🔴 Andy Burnham wants spending plans that markets have already warned would push gilt yields up and make government borrowing more expensive 74% of voters told Ipsos this week that they are unhappy with the government, while only 18% approve. Those numbers were built by the entire Cabinet sitting around the same table together, not just by the man at the top of it Replacing Starmer keeps every policy in place. The tax burden stays where it is, energy bills continue to rise, NHS waiting lists do not move, and small businesses keep closing at the same pace they were before he was forced out The Cabinet that votes on the next leader is the same Cabinet that signed off on every decision that got Labour to 17% in the polls, which means removing Starmer lets them keep all of it and walk away pointing the finger at him for the result If anyone thinks a new leader will fix this, ask which of the policies above they expect to be reversed. None of them will be Follow me to stay informed

When I go to certain type of stores, I will do Cash only. We all know the type of stores I'm talking about. And this is why... Not only are they getting your business, they're stealing your card info by putting skimmers on the card machines. I personally don't think its just the cashiers, or friends of theirs that they let do it. Thoughts?

If saturated fat causes heart disease, why did heart disease barely exist before 1920, when saturated fat consumption was at its highest in recorded history? Why did it explode after 1950, when saturated fat consumption fell off a cliff and was replaced with industrial seed oils? Why is the country that consumes the most butter per capita (France) the one with the lowest cardiovascular mortality in Europe? Why did the Inuit, eating 80% fat by calories, have functionally zero coronary disease? These are not gotcha questions. These are the questions the entire foundation of the lipid hypothesis was supposed to answer, and never did. Sixty years on, we're still pretending it did.

1 in 10 Americans now has an autoimmune disease. Lupus. Crohn's. Hashimoto's. Type 1 diabetes. Multiple sclerosis. Rheumatoid arthritis. Your doctor will tell you it's genetic. Or bad luck. Or that your immune system just "turned on itself." Harvard researchers disagree. A pediatric gastroenterologist at Mass General (Dr. Alessio Fasano) spent 20 years tracking down the missing piece. What he found changed the conversation. Every autoimmune disease he studied shared the same three ingredients: - A specific environmental trigger - Genetic predisposition - A leaky gut Take any one of those away, and the disease doesn't start. The gut isn't just where food gets digested. It's a one-cell-thick wall - The only thing standing between your bloodstream and everything you eat, drink, and swallow. When that wall is tight, your immune system stays calm. When it's leaky, Undigested food particles and bacterial fragments slip through into your blood. Your immune system sees invaders and attacks. But the particles look a lot like your own tissue. Attack the gluten fragments → attack the thyroid (Hashimoto's) Attack the bacterial fragments → attack the joints (rheumatoid arthritis) Attack them over and over → attack the nerves (MS), the gut (Crohn's), the pancreas (Type 1) This is called molecular mimicry. Here's what people report when they heal the gut wall: Skin clearing up Brain fog clearing up Digestion finally working Joint pain fading within weeks Autoimmune flares slowing down Energy returning after years of fatigue The things that punch holes in the gut wall: Gluten (yes, even if you don't have celiac) Glyphosate on conventional crops NSAIDs (ibuprofen, aspirin) Ultra-processed food Chronic stress Antibiotics Poor sleep None of these are rare. Most people have all seven running on autopilot. I've been saying for 30 years: almost every chronic disease traces back to a broken gut. The science keeps catching up. The good news? Unlike your genes, the gut wall is something you can actually rebuild. Comment RESTORE and I'll send you a free guide on how to heal the gut and calm the immune system naturally. P.S. MUST Follow for me to DM you.

BREAKING NEWS: Mayo Clinic is offering me an "Executive Director" position for up to $400k 😃 Oh and they're not the only one. My email inbox is suddenly filling up with Executive job offers from several big Pharmaceutical companies. So this is what I get for helping 9000+ Cancer patients with Ivermectin & Mebendazole and leading the largest Ivermectin Cancer Project in the world? After talking about a New Florida Cancer Clinic? 🤔 If they can't sabotage me, they'll just buy me out? 💵 I have to admit, it is mildly amusing. Ten years ago, I may have jumped at something like this. It's almost tailor made for me. But at this stage of my life...can't say I felt even a hint of temptation. They really don't know me very well 😃 Sorry, Mayo Clinic. I'm building a Cancer Center in Florida. It's going to be a bit different from yours. 😉

HE WON THE NOBEL PRIZE TWICE. THEN HE SAID VITAMIN C CURES CANCER. THEY DESTROYED HIS REPUTATION OVERNIGHT. Dr. Linus Pauling is the only person in history to win two unshared Nobel Prizes. The first in Chemistry. The second the Nobel Peace Prize. He is considered one of the most brilliant scientists who ever lived. He founded molecular biology. He mapped the structure of proteins. He changed the course of modern science. Then in 1970, he published a book claiming that high-dose vitamin C could prevent and treat cancer. The medical establishment turned on him within weeks. The same institutions that had celebrated him for decades called him a quack. The American Medical Association publicly ridiculed him. Journals that had published his work for 40 years refused to print his research. Funding was cut. Colleagues distanced themselves. The media ran headlines calling him senile. He was 69 years old. He had two Nobel Prizes. And they erased him from credibility because he threatened a trillion-dollar industry with a vitamin that costs pennies. Pauling's research showed that intravenous vitamin C in doses of 10 grams or more per day could selectively kill cancer cells while leaving healthy cells untouched. He published clinical trials with Dr. Ewan Cameron showing that terminal cancer patients given high-dose vitamin C lived on average four times longer than those on conventional treatment. The Mayo Clinic ran two studies claiming to "debunk" him. But they used oral vitamin C instead of intravenous. Oral doses cannot achieve the blood plasma concentrations needed to kill cancer cells. They knew this. They designed the studies to fail. Then they published the results as proof that Pauling was wrong. In 2005, the National Institutes of Health finally confirmed what Pauling said 35 years earlier. High-dose intravenous vitamin C is selectively toxic to cancer cells. Published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. They proved him right. After he was dead. After they had already destroyed his name. A two-time Nobel laureate told the world that a natural molecule could fight cancer. They buried him for it. Then they quietly confirmed his work when no one was paying attention. The cure was never the problem. The price was. Source: 🔗 M-B Technology

Starmer is not going to survive Tuesday. So I suggest that if Labour want the party to survive him, that they act before.
Steven Swinford@Steven_Swinford

Next Tuesday is set to be an absolute juggernaut in Westminster as Keir Starmer faces a day of intense scrutiny over the appointment of Lord Mandelson * First up we have Sir Philip Barton, the former perm sec at the FCDO, who is expected to directly contradict Starmer's claim that no pressure was applied 'whatsoever' over Mandelson's appointment * Barton strongly opposed appointing Mandelson. He was concerned about the way Dame Karen Peirce, the outgoing ambassador, was being treated and though it was a mistake to replace her given that she was personally liked by Trump and his administration * Barton was concerned about Mandelson's suitability for the role and thought it carried significant 'reputational risks' * He also agreed with Lord Case, the then Cabinet Secretary, that vetting should be carried out before the appointment was made. He was overruled by Starmer * Then we have Morgan McSweeney, the PM's chief of staff. He will be questioned over claims - which he denies - that he told Barton to 'just fucking approve' Mandelson's appointment * He is expected to say that the discussion, during a Zoom call, centred on his frustration at the failure to secure a departure date for Peirce. He will deny it represented pressure * We can also expect McSweeney to be asked about his stolen phone and the missing WhatsApp message. And why there appears to be no official record of the PM's decision * Lastly we have the possibility of a vote on whether to refer Starmer to the privileges committee for misleading the Commons. Ministers and opposition parties look likely to grant it It's going to be one hell of a day...

Most people walk past this therapy every day. I haven't missed it in years 💪🏻 I do red light therapy every single day, and you probably have no idea what's actually happening when you use it. Here's what that actually does for you: 🚨 Joints and skin heal faster 🚨 Athletic recovery improves 🚨 Collagen and hair density increase 🚨 Mood shifts (clinical studies show antidepressant level effects) 🚨 Inflammation drops systemically
