I purchased a new @TravelproIntl 22 Pilot expandable roller board that is missing a "J-hook". I am told that it is backordered and no ETA. How can I use this bag without a J-hook? Customer service is useless. No email and FAQ's are like cat chasing its tail.

Well here we are again, nearly 18 months later (Nov 2022) and still no resolution @uber @Uber_Support to my free membership to @costco . Now I have re-qualified as a Diamond Driver and submitted my request 3 weeks ago with no reply whatsoever. Reporting to @MSInsuranceDept #scam

I installed the OCLP and upgraded to Ventura on my 2016 15" MBP. I have a display setting that is so small I can barely read the screen. In the display setting panel of system settings the only option I have is "2880x1800 (default)" What am I overlooking to fix this?
