@WindTunnle @VotedMe @TheNotoriousMMA Did you watch the video? It shows him putting weight on it, jumping around, totally fine. Whether he is done or not has nothing to do with it. Both can be true. Side note I do truly feel bad for you though.

@Jared036 @VotedMe @TheNotoriousMMA Warm-up video shows absolutely nothing. He knew he was compromised, and the signs are clearly there, dumbass. Go talk to a tree with that warm-up video bullshit. Conor is completely done.

I was so sharp and so ready for this fight I cannot believe what has happened. The talk of me being off while walking in to the fight is nonsense. I was calm, ready, and confident. I am in shock what has taken place. The devil is literally staring at me right in front of my face here. I am not engaging. I will be at church tomorrow. I will overcome this. I will not be deterred. I will return.

The temperature change would not need to physically contract the implant enough to move the bone. It could act through the entire neuromuscular system surrounding the repaired leg: * Cooler peripheral tissues can change muscle and tendon stiffness, nerve conduction, blood flow, joint sensation, and explosive performance. Research suggests athletes can be temporarily disadvantaged after substantial cooling, and colder muscle tissue may tolerate high-speed loading less well. * People with orthopedic hardware genuinely report cold-associated pain or discomfort; one small study found this in 49 of 100 patients. That does not establish why it happens, but it means the phenomenon should not simply be dismissed. * Pain, stiffness, or subtly altered sensation in the reconstructed leg could make an athlete unconsciously protect it or modify push-off, rotation, landing, or weight transfer. Studies of unilateral weakness and impairment show that additional work can be shifted to the opposite limb, although the exact direction and magnitude vary by task. So the most defensible causal chain would be: environmental transition → altered tissue temperature or implant-area sensation → slight change in neuromuscular timing or confidence in the repaired leg → compensatory loading of the other leg → awkward landing during an exceptionally forceful movement.

🚨Michael Chandler successfully weighs in as back up for this weekend’s main-event. 😅The UFC has reiterated he was NOT requested to either weigh in, or be on standby for the event….

@bbhhi @RussoHockey @JoeSmithNHL Thank you for your snark. It's not a given that he would considering the vets left to possibly trade: Brodin, Hartman, Spurgeon. He's said no to moving Brodin flat out. Spurgeon maybe, but he's the captain. Hartman I do see him moving, but for a good return. Marcus is no.

@TNTransparency If you all want to film and antagonize random people why is your team trying so hard to hide their faces with their large hats pulled over their faces? Seems like a huge contradiction and makes you look dumb. Otherwise no problem with it.

@tbru1 @RussoHockey I love hockey but it has no where near the popularity thus the revenue generating capability of the NFL/NBA. Salary cap directly linked to revenue. Players work just as hard in those sports as well out bodies on line etc.

@RussoHockey The new amount still seems low, compared to NFL and NBA, etc. The way the NHL players give their bodies to abuse and work so hard in so many games for comparably smaller pay is always a little shocking to me. Thank you for all of your hard work and great reporting!

I’m confused why so many are acting like this $104 million salary cap ceiling for next season is breaking news. This is the exact figure we have known about since Jan. 2025 when the NHL and NHLPA announced 3 years of escalating caps ($95.5 to $104 in 26-27 to $113.5 in 27-28)

Lorena Perez-Herrera, a naturalized U.S. citizen from the Dominican Republic, was sentenced for her involvement in defrauding American entities, primarily one Montana school district, through an international business email compromise fraud scheme. ⚖️She was sentenced to 24 months behind bars and must pay over $1.4M in restitution, thanks to ICE special agents and their federal partners at the EPA and IRS. 🔎ICE is more than just immigration law enforcement. Through its @HSI_HQ investigative arm, ICE special agents also enforce hundreds of federal laws, including those related to online BEC fraud schemes.

@JosueNunez1 @Jared036 @bryan_johnson @brittanybussemd Actually, now that I reread this thread, I think I may have been mistaken - perhaps Dr. Busse's point was not about economics at all, but rather that a dermatological procedure like this is primarily cosmetic, and it's unclear how it can increase lifespan. I'll shut up now.

Guys, I had all the skin peeled from my face using lasers, and now my skin's age is the same as that of a newborn baby. Follow me for more things that are completely irrelevant to your healthspan.
Bryan Johnson@bryan_johnson

Results from my Feb 23 skin therapy: Improvements since treatment: > Brown spots: +71 percentile points (20th → 91st) ✅ > Pores: +25 percentile points ✅ > Spots: +25 percentile points✅ My skin age is 9 years younger than my chronological age (39 vs 48) and hasn't aged in five years since starting this project. Effectively a 9 year age reversal. Measured using VISIA multispectral clinical imaging, the most validated non-invasive skin analysis system available. Feb 23 treatment summary Technologies > Everesse RF > CoolPeel CO2 laser > BBL Each targeting a different skin depth so repair windows overlap without competing. Treatment details Everesse RF (200 pulses, Level 2.5 per cheek), CoolPeel CO2 laser (3.0W, 700 micron spacing), and BBL broadband light. Each targeting a different skin depth. Everesse drives heat into the dermis at 60-70°C, triggering fibroblast activation and collagen production that peaks 6-8 weeks later (about now), tightening the structural scaffolding that makes pores visible. CoolPeel ablates the surface layer of skin, physically removing melanin-loaded cells and forcing fresh keratinocytes to the surface. BBL destroys residual pigment one layer deeper through selective photothermolysis, where melanin absorbs light energy and self-destructs. Porphyrins dropped 13 points, which is expected. The treatments temporarily disrupt the follicular environment that bacteria need to thrive, and that recovers within 8-12 weeks. Goal was to do a triple-modality stack so the repair windows overlap without competing (dermis, epidermis, and chromophores).

@bryan_johnson @brittanybussemd It's not about you. I think her point was not to embarrass you for getting this procedure, but to point out that, economically, not everyone has the opportunity to get it. It would be nice if we had that opportunity, but since we don't, it's irrelevant to us.

THIS IS WILD! Peter Thiel’s company the “Enhanced Games” got valued at $1.2B before a single event. the first one is next month. here’s what the headlines aren’t telling you (share this): every athlete is monitored. every compound is clinically approved. every dose is tracked. two independent medical commissions oversee the whole thing. and if your bloodwork doesn’t pass, you don’t compete. the same investors behind the biggest peptide and longevity companies put $1.2B behind this. these aren’t sports guys… they’re taking a public bet that performance medicine becomes a real market. whether you’re into it or not, pay attention.
