@XfinitySupport @Xfinity started with the bot around 4:45pm, finally got the bot to hand me off to text a live agent around 6:38 pm. Agent got me finally arranged for a technician to come out. Agent then wanted to check on something else around 7:30pm-radio silence! Out at 8:11p

@XfinitySupport internet is spotty and goes in/out every afternoon. Then having to deal with a “virtual assistant” asking you to do the same thing you have tried is crazy annoying. Just want to talk with someone. And that is a pain to do as well. Hoop after hoop!!!
