The digital health companies that are having the most success and reaching the greatest degree of scale are not primarily relying on employers. Instead, they are pursuing numerous purchasing channels, including direct-to-consumer or selling through providers. Couldn’t agree more!

@tferriss 9. Our therapists are creating amazing session materials IE: a deck that’s 20 slides long for a 30 min virtual ABA session to teach an 8 year old de-escalation using a minions theme. Snap. Done.

people always talk about how "parenting has no manual" but i still remember when my daughter was diagnosed with level 3 autism at 2 years old and then we just drove home and i was like ".....do we not even get a pamphlet or something????"

Two I get the most use out of from a tool perspective are Spiral from @every and @lexdotpage from @nbaschez. Spiral is great because I can build out the prompts and format for content remixing, and then let my team go crazy with podcasts, voice notes, etc. Lex is what I use for more original writing, using their AI checks and prompts I build to expand on a small idea in a much faster way. Plus Lex avoids many of those AI "tells", e.g. common words/phrases and formatting that people are pointing out. You can get there with normal ChatGPT or Claude usage, especially with a custom GPT or project, but I found Spiral and Lex much faster to use and share with others for consistent output.

AI tools are the closest I've come to experiencing that clickbait "saved me 20 hours/week" promise. Really is crazy what you can do 🤯

@alexiskold Eh I’m a product of a tier 2 borderline tier 3. Lighthouse Labs (they take 0 equity) in Richmond. I went from social worker to understanding convertible debt and a $300k pre seed raise and then accepted into Techstars. Raising our Series B this year.

As highlighted by @nytimes. A variety of reasons are causing the rise in autism - and it isn't vaccines. The answer to the question is murky. Answering the question, do we need to find ways to keep pace with the therapeutic needs? That is not.

5/5 There are some amazing people @UHC and @Optum working to scale this gold-standard therapy. We must open a dialogue between payors and providers to ensure all learners are getting the right type of care instead of no care at all.

4/5 The current FFS structure does not fit what todays consumer (kids and adults with autism) and customer (mostly the payor) need or want. It is on providers and customers to work together to find nuanced ways to care for all of these learners.
