The issue with downtown is safety, crime and disrepair, not city hall maintenance. Until downtown is known as exceedingly safe and welcoming, it will continue to go downhill.

@DallasAptGP Can’t wait to revisit this a year or so from now to gauge the impact on CRE and SFR values in the area. I’ve had brokers tell me to expect a 20% - 30% value increase across the board in the subsequent 12 - 24 months. Time will tell.
