Chemmani Mass Grave Excavation – Phase 2, Day 27 Jaffna, August 1, 2025 Four more human skeletons were identified today at the Chemmani mass grave site, bringing the total number of skeletons uncovered to 122, with 112 fully exhumed so far. Meanwhile, the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) submitted an application to the Jaffna Magistrate’s Court regarding the identification of exhumed evidence. The court has issued an order allowing a public identification process to take place. #Chemmanimassgarve
