@mcaseymeadows a month. But I was in a DEEP deficit and extremely low bf. My body was primed for rebound.

Now at 232lbs up from 215lbs. I’ve screwed up bulks in the past and added too much fat, which in turn makes dieting down that much more difficult. Trying to be smart, methodical on this reverse to gain lean mass with minimal fat gain. High carbs, low fats, high protein and alternating high and low carb days.

@PeatyMeals That’s actually why I engaged, when I travel I’ve always trusted the label because these are the eggs I eat straight from the farm so I assume they’re good. I’ve even considered opening one of these on our land and working with Vital. My guess is that it varies farm to farm.

@PeatyMeals Makes sense. My guess is that my neighbors aren’t sneaking soy in but some of the other farms do, which still amounts to Vital not being able to keep track of this at scale, or my neighbors do it too and I just haven’t seen it. In either case, thanks for sharing.
