SWEAR ALLEGIANCE TO POJK’S ACCESSION TO PAKISTAN THEN BECOME AN MLA IN PoJK In Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK), legislators are required to sign an oath declaring their loyalty to the region’s accession to Pakistan, actually a occupation/annexation rather than legitimate accession. In simple terms, one must align with Pakistan’s position to even become MLA in PoJK Members of the legislative assembly are also strictly prohibited from engaging in any activity that questions or opposes this so-called accession. Beyond loyalty to the Pakistani state, they are expected to remain committed to the very “idea of Pakistan,” raising serious concerns about political freedom and freedom of expression. In contrast, citizens in Jammu and Kashmir do not face such restrictions. Elected representatives who openly oppose government policies continue to sit in the legislative assembly and even in Parliament. Even individuals who were once associated with separatist politics have participated in elections with full freedom. This highlights the stark difference between a region that is politically administered through democratic processes and one that remains tightly controlled and illegally occupied The much-publicised claims of “Azad Kashmir”—with its separate flag, prime minister, and constitution stand exposed when assembly members are compelled to swear allegiance to accession and idea of Pakistan before entering assembly . If a region is truly “free,” why must its representatives first endorse its merger with another country? The oath itself reveals the reality of control behind the façade of autonomy. @Amir_Baloch18 @ANI @MeghUpdates @Independent @pakistan_untold @ISBPost @PTI_News @PTIAJK_Official

The Balochistan militant groups have exposed Pakistan’s hidden violence in Balochistan. They have done so effectively through social media proliferation, and today both national and international communities are recognizing the Baloch conflict with Pakistan. They share content and express the pain, human rights violations, media restrictions, and voices against injustice and victimization. They create powerful messages that inspire people toward empowerment. They raise awareness about how Pakistan is stealing their minerals and resources and using their manpower under subjugation and dominance. This militant media group has become a challenge to Pakistan and its militias. It is inspiring the local populace against Pakistan and its state-sponsored violence. brighterkashmir.com//news/the-balo… @pakistan_untold @ISBPost @GovtofPakistan @PTI_News @UNHumanRights @PashtunTM_Offi @FIDE_chess @ManzoorPashteen @BBCBreaking @RadioPakistan

FIR has reportedly been lodged against PoJK activist Shaukat Nawaz Mir for speaking out against oppression and brutalities in PoJK. His case highlights the growing concerns over suppression of dissent in so-called “Azad Kashmir,” where voices demanding rights often face state intimidation, detention and abduction. It raises serious questions about Pakistan’s claims of freedom in the region, as such actions reflect a pattern of silencing those who challenge authority rather than addressing their grievances. @ISBPost @PTI_News @PakPMO @pakistan_untold @ForeignOfficePk @NEWS @nytimes @CNNnews18

While in India, people came together to support the victims of the war in Iran. Donations were raised, peaceful protests were held, religious clerics spoke on the issue, and many citizens visited the Iranian Embassy to offer their condolences. In contrast, protests in Pakistan were reportedly suppressed through force. Statements attributed to Field Marshal Asim Munir suggested that those wishing to support Iran should consider residing there instead of Pakistan. At a time when India continues to uphold values of democracy, secularism, pluralism, and social harmony, concerns remain about the treatment of the Shia population in Pakistan, which has faced violence and intimidation over the years. Iran, meanwhile, expressed gratitude towards India for the humanitarian assistance extended during this period, something that has drawn visible discomfort in Pakistan’s response. On one hand, Pakistan’s leadership publicly conveyed condolences to Iran on X, while on the other, there have been reports of warnings directed at sections of its own population for expressing solidarity. If this does not reflect a hypocrisy then what? Pakistan’s alignment with Western interests is well known, but such positions must be communicated with clarity and consistency rather than appearing contradictory. @ABPNews @ISBPost @ForeignOfficePk @pakistan_untold @PTI_News @Outlookindia @timesofindia @PakTVGlobal @IndiaToday @cnnbrk @ForeignPolicy @MEAIndia @PIB_India @Iran_in_India @IRIMFA_EN @orfonline
