Sirs this was a petty shop that has been made to permanently encroach footpath by BBMP contractor while relaying footpath with tax payer's money. Are footpaths meant to be for pedestrians or for street vendors?. BBMP AEE refuses to take action as he is constantly under duress.

It is now emerged that , suspended Sarjapura Sub-registrar, was also involved in illegal registration of 53.5 Acre Prime land in Attibele, Sold by @Infosys to #Purvankara , by misusing " Court order exemption" clause.
Further #Bengaluru DC shall be probing this deal on all angles, including suspected Under-value sale of ₹250 Cr for huge 53.5 Acres of Prime land, causing est. Stamp duty evasion of around ₹40 Cr.
