@OzzyD775 @MAC_Arms @MrRobertgage @MisfitPatriot No they are alot harder on their equipment. Mines slung over my shoulder bouncing off of me, branches, rocks. Usually in the rain or snow. So to see he missed his head by a few inches completely reasonable. Id even expect better.

@MAC_Arms @OzzyD775 @MrRobertgage @MisfitPatriot Apparently every hunter to make a kill shot never had a cold bore? Lol like the deer will just stand there and be "like okay hes gonna shoot 3 sighters" before hes actually going to try and kill me 🤣

@OzzyD775 @MrRobertgage @MisfitPatriot Tell me you don't know anything about the Mauser action without actually saying it. 🤣 I could even leave the stock screw only snugged and still hit the target 10 out of 10 times as such a short range.

@OzzyD775 @MisfitPatriot Its no different then a hunter running around with their rifle slung over their shoulder for days at a time... as long as the scope never came off.

@DiligentDenizen There was no mention in any of the reports of a firearm. Also no aggravated enhancements on the charges. So there is no indication what the officer has is a gun.

‼️🇺🇸: NEW CHARLIE KIRK PROSECUTION MOTION SHOWS HE SUFFERED CHEST WOUNDS 👀 Memorandum filed in Tyler Robinson case shows prosecution trying to sneak likely "Discord texts" of Robinson allegedly 'confessing' to Twiggs & "other friends" without presenting them during the hearing. It also says Charlie had SEVERE TRAUMA to his chest, lungs & heart. 👀 I thought Charlie only just got shot in the neck? 🤔

So Israel brainwashed or convinced Tyler to shoot Charlie OR take the blame. They paid off the parents or didnt and stole the gun, planted DNA. They didn't trust the shooter so they put a bomb in the mic Then paid off the tranny and many others.. Something like that?

Okay so I want to discuss their method of dispensing powder and why believe it or not, it’s not terrible. Take .30 Carbine for instance. A 15.0 grain charge of WIN296 fills up the case to the very top. You can basically treat it like they do here and it’s perfectly fine. Is it precise? No. Can you do this for every rifle cartridge? Hell no. Does the M1 carbine or the AK possess the accuracy to know the difference? I think that’s arguable. It’s usually ball powders you can do this with, BTW.

@RavenGrace0613 My only issue is, why blur the name? This receipt would have so much more credibility if the name wasnt blurred. Who are they protecting by doing it, tyler is on trial for murder. So having the name would only help him not hurt him. Just release the full receipt!

I don’t believe Tyler was at the steakhouse. I think it’s a case of mistaken identity. I don’t think people are lying. I think they just don’t know a couple sodas from a couple beers. Or one white skinny kid in a hat from another. The prosecution has Tyler’s gps locations on his phone and they have the I-15 cameras that tracked him both going north and coming back south. And the times. The defense never disputed the time line. No one from the defense in the prelim hearing said he was at a restaurant at 9:47 pm so he couldn’t have been back at UVU at 11:30 pm when the cop saw him. Or that the texts weren’t real because he couldn’t possibly be there waiting there to retrieve his gun at that time, they would have said something to cast doubt. Everyone knows they have Tyler’s phone right? Just checking. The metadata on the phone would tell. This prelim hearing was to determine whether was enough evidence for a trial. If there were solid verifiable evidence of him being somewhere else the defense would have provided it. They were able to call witnesses. Thats all I’m going to say about this, unless there’s some sort of confirmation that it’s his credit card or some video with him in it, I’m going to go with they are just mistaken. The times just don’t line up. Sorry I’ve been MIA today. Family things. It happens. Now time for margarita friday. I’ll do a coffee time in the morning. 😎

🚨 Candace Owens and her minions are now saying that Tyler Robinson was at the Cowboys Smokehouse in Panguitch Utah the night Charlie Kirk was assassinated. Their proof? Restaurant employees claimed they saw Tyler Robinson there that night. How did they recognize Tyler Robinson? They said they recognized him from the security footage/photos that were released. BUT WAIT ✋ Candace and her minions say you can’t make out who’s in those videos/photos. They’ve spent the last week or so downplaying all of the photo/video evidence. They’ve said investigators couldn’t possibly ID Tyler Robinson from those videos/photos and refuse to believe them. THATS WEIRD 🤨 Because they totally believe the waiters and or waitresses who ID Tyler Robinson using those same exact videos/photos. Suddenly the photo/video evidence is briefly accepted to fit in with their narrative. While trying to establish this fake conspiracy they only ended up exposing their own hypocrisy and dishonesty. And apparently none of them were smart enough to think this all the way through.

I’m not telling you to trust the government. I’m not telling you to trust legacy media. I’m saying you should apply the same standard to everyone. Ask yourself one simple question: Does Candace Owens have a personal and financial incentive to ever “close the case”? To ever say, “The investigation is over. Here’s my conclusion. We’re moving on.” If incentives matter when evaluating the government and legacy media, they also matter when evaluating independent commentators. Consistency is what critical thinking looks like. Blind spots aren’t.

Tyler Robinson, Dairy Queen, and Cowboy’s Smokehouse: If we assume that this photo of Tyler at Dairy Queen was really from 9/10 at 6:38pm, it makes the argument for this being his receipt at Cowboy’s Smokehouse near impossible. Even if he left the Dairy Queen right as this photo was taken, and he placed his order the minute he walked into Cowboy’s, that would still require him driving an average of 92mph for the entirety of the 2 hour and 17 minute drive. And again, that’s with zero lag time between leaving DQ and the time this order was placed at Cowboy’s. In reality, this scenario would have required him to be driving over 100mph for over 200 miles. That’s a very long drive to be speeding like that and not get pulled over. Is it possible? Yeah. It is possible. Is it probable? I don’t think so.

Charlie Kirk Investigation Update – The Steakhouse Receipt I always strive to tell the truth, whether the facts help or hurt a particular narrative. My goal is to authenticate information before treating it as fact. I have affirmed that @DiligentDenizen did, in fact, speak with the owner of the steakhouse. Based on that information, I believe that portion of his reporting is accurate. I am currently attempting to authenticate the receipt independently. I have emails out to the restaurant owner and have also made inquiries with law enforcement. Until I receive confirmation, I cannot state that the receipt is genuine. In my opinion, if Diligent really did speak with the owner, it seems unlikely that he would knowingly fabricate a receipt. At the same time, if a restaurant actually released a customer's receipt, I think that would be a very questionable business practice. That is one of the reasons I want to verify exactly what happened. I also have several calls into the @FBI and other law enforcement involved in the case to see if there is any truth to Tyler Robinson eating at the steakhouse. I also would not put much stock in the discrepancies between the receipt whereas the employee said the customer had beers and the receipt said soft drinks, that does not disprove anything, as far as the price differential, there could be many reasons for that. I've also seen people claim that the drive from the Dairy Queen to the steakhouse within the alleged timeline would have been impossible. Based on my own experience driving well over 100,000 miles a year, and after looking at the travel times, I personally do not believe that drive is inherently impossible. Of course, the actual answer depends on the exact times and locations involved. One thing I also find interesting is that, at least publicly, the defense has not made this alleged steakhouse visit a major part of its case. There may be reasons for that that we simply don't know yet. It's also worth remembering that even if Tyler Robinson ate at the steakhouse, that fact alone would not necessarily answer the larger questions in the case. There could be multiple explanations for why someone would be there, and it would be premature to draw conclusions from that fact alone. I did call the steakhouse and the employee I spoke with CLARITY (I asked twice) advised she had not HEARD ANYTHING in regard to the Charlie Kirk case and had no idea who Tyler Robinson even was. I do not put much stock in that as she advised she was not a manager and the managers would be in around lunchtime. As of today, I do not know whether the receipt is authentic. I'm continuing to verify the facts, and if I receive confirmation one way or the other, I'll report it. Until then, I think it's important to separate verified facts from speculation.

@NbeautifulFit @thevivafrei @DiligentDenizen Possible, but based off his statement sounds like he ordered his food and ate at the bar? I mean only time I see people get food at the bar they are usually alone and either trying to kill time or in a rush

I don’t know if you have ever worked in a restaurant or not, but if someone is sitting at the bar waiting for a table, they can order beers from the bartender. Once a table becomes available, they can settle their bill at the bar and then be seated at a table with a server. Could that be a possibility here?
