@panos_dev_ @benhatch44 Yes, for the most part, people are re-creating the SwiftUI elements using Figma shapes so it extends beyond the device frame.

Acquired an iOS app today from another indie dev on X. Now I have two apps on the App Store! Super excited to bring some cool updates to Mandu in the coming weeks!

@frederic_ooo @aarondfrancis Are you kidding? The quality level of LLM output has increased a lot since 2020. Remember how terrible the Will Smith eating spaghetti meme was? It was literally the best generative ai models could do at the time, but now it is almost too perfect.

@LearnDomaining You think Notify.me is better than Notify.domains for a domain monitoring service?

Naming matters. The words, the extension, the structure. People notice. I own NotifyDomains․com and have it redirecting to Notify․domains, but I kept coming back to one thing: In this use case, I prefer the clarity and feel of a single word on a .domains extension over a two word .com. The .com still matters, so I hold it defensively, but it is not the brand I want leading. Of course I would love to own Notify․com. That is the dream. But it is not realistic, and more importantly, it is not the highest and best use for a niche domain monitoring product like this, nor is it something that ever pays back at $2 per month. I think @Sullys_Blog is right that newer TLDs are doing more of the heavy lifting now. You can see it happening in real time. ☑️ @LeanneMac's daily posts show this, with .app, .space, .cloud, .online, etc. being used on Product Hunt ☑️ Darcy Mason's @raisingfi service shows companies raising funding on .ai, .io, .energy, .money The shift is happening. Some thinks it's fast, others think it's slow. The key is to notice it.

@adamlyttleapps Google started de-indexing ai generated pages and it takes much more effort and time to build credibility now

I don't want to spam the App Store with vibe coded iPhone apps… But I *can* spam Google search results with my vibe coded macOS apps

@prilosac @levelsio They wouldn’t be able to tell. Claude is using an actual browser and navigating the site like a human would.

@levelsio Is this allowed? Curious because when I looked into doing this for making dinner reservations, it's very explicitly against TOS usually wouldn't care that much but Resy is owned by Amex so I didn't want a ban there to affect anything

🍌 Got so lazy to order stuff on UberEats that I asked Claude Code to do it Very easy, it just installs Playwright and then you login once to UberEats on web (the iOS app is also just a web wrapper, nice) Then you can just say "order bananas" and it does it!

@petersindex @ChrisStayte I experience this issue a lot Peter, maybe not every time, but it is indeed annoying. Just trying to help validate your concerns.

@ChrisStayte mine doesn't, everything ends up on the laptop screen when i unplug. and when i re-plug never goes back to its original place i have to move the windows back to my external display.

Tesla Model Y L is the perfect successor to the Model X. • ~$40K in savings • Model Y L has a 3 inch longer wheelbase • More legroom and headroom for third-row passengers than in the Model X • Power-folding flat second-row captain chairs vs. fixed. • Cheaper insurance rates, etc. • Model Y L has 3 cu ft more cargo room when the 3rd row is folded. • Identical cargo room when the 3rd row is folded up in both cars. The Model X was an incredible car, the Falcon Wings special, but the Model Y L caters to a much larger crowd. It’s gonna sell like crazy.

I made this tiny SaaS and it's made ~€250 in just over a year. Fun project, simple product, useful for newsletter writers. Would be cool if it generated more revenue, will be looking at SEO and AEO to grow it
