@bookingcom why did you tell my daughter yesterday that her reservation could be done via email or WhatsApp but today she is being told WhatsApp only and she can’t get it on her phone for some reason. Being told she can’t be refunded either? Disgusting way to operate.

@Ryanair Tried yesterday to book my and the 3 kids, back to Glasgow. When I got to book seats, the system wouldn’t allow me to book them. So I had to select Random Seat Allocation, so that I could complete the booking. Please help ??

My instantaneous reply from @Ryanair for a late flight. FR947 It’s not our fault due to a bird strike. Around 70 of us never made the connection to Edinburgh FR6625. We had to make our way home at our own expense circa £225.

Terrible el servicio de @bookingcom. Hace más de un mes reservé un hospedaje y, 10 días antes del viaje, el anfitrión decidió alquilarlo a otra persona y me pidió que cancelara. Me comuniqué con soporte y la única solución fue cancelar mi reserva. ¿Y mi viaje? Inaceptable

@PatriotMarkCook Happened to us last night with Ryanair flying from Bournemouth to Girona. Delayed us by 45 mins but we got to our destination.

Pilot: "there is an 'advisory' light showing. We're going to try turning the airplane off and back on again to see if it goes away. Please stand by, it's going to get dark." I sh*t you not. My pilot just tried turning it off and back on again. Did they get that idea from chatgpt? Just in case, and in case you are curious, here's the video, lol.
