US Congress, please pass the Love Lives On Act with urgency. Military families who tragically lost loved ones at a relatively young age should continue to receive their benefits. This includes medical, dental, VA DIC, and, especially, SBP, which the veteran paid for and is funded from the veteran’s retirement funds. This Act was proposed in 2023 and reintroduced in 2025 by @JerryMoran (R-KS), @SenatorWarnock, and @RepRichHudson (R-NC). Thank you for doing this and getting part of the provisions (ID cards) incorporated into the 2024 NDAA. Please take action to either amend the 2026 NDAA or get this Act passed into law independently. Countless military families continue to be impacted, including mine. I’m the widow of Lt. Colonel Chris Quaid, USAF (retired), who died at age 47 from a service-connected illness (glioblastoma) when our daughter was 9 years old, and I am happy to testify if it helps. Senate Veterans Affairs Committee, please proactively work to get this voted on by the Senate and sent to the House! @JohnBoozman (R-AR) @SenBillCassidy (R-LA) @SenThomTillis (R-NC) @SenDanSullivan (R-AK) @MarshaBlackburn (R-TN) @SenKevinCramer (R-ND) @SenTuberville (R-AL) @SenatorBanks (R-IN) @TimSheehyMT (R-MT) @SenBlumenthal (D-CT) @PattyMurray (D-WA) @BernieSanders (I-ME) @maziehirono (D-HI) @SenatorHassan (D-NH) @SenAngusKing (I-ME) @SenDuckworth (D-IL) @SenRubenGallego (D-AZ) @SenatorSlotkin (D-MI) ATTN: @MVadvocacy, @military_family, @MilitaryOfficer, @AmericanLegion, @TheMilCoalition, @Military1Source

A few days ago a judge decided he knows more about children's health than Robert Kennedy Jr. and every member of the ACIP committee... And everyone at HHS, the CDC, and other.. This is a judge with no medical degree, no pediatric expertise, and a lifetime appointment... and with one ruling, he erased the most meaningful attempt to protect American children this government has ever made. Reuters called it "upending Kennedy's overhaul of childhood vaccine policies." Here's what actually happened. RFK Jr. looked at peer nations (like Denmark and Germany) with healthy kids and functioning societies, and said let's see if there's a smarter schedule. What he found was that we give 54 shots of 72 vaccine doses. Denmark gives roughly half that. And Denmark has not seen measles come back, or polio come back, or smallpox come back. None of the fear porn the American Academy of Pediatrics has been selling you has actually happened. Meanwhile we went from 12% of American children with chronic disease in the 1980s to nearly 50% today. In 48 years, we have seen the greatest collapse of children's health in the history of this country, happening in perfect parallel with a vaccine schedule that grew from 12 vaccines to 54 shots. You cannot look at the health of American children and call that program a success. You simply cannot. So what did the judge do? He said RFK Jr. didn't run it by ACIP, the advisory committee that by everyone's understanding has always been advisory only. No binding authority, just an opinion, not a mandate. At least that's what they always told us when the committee was captured... And then when Kennedy moved to satisfy that requirement, the judge said he didn't recognize the current ACIP either. There is no committee he recognizes. According to him there are no changes allowed in either direction, no new vaccines can be added, there can be no modifications for any reason, including a bioweapon attack. One judge has put the entire country in limbo to protect a rubber-stamp committee that has never once had a genuine skeptic in the room. A committee where members like Paul Offit voted to add rotavirus vaccines to the childhood schedule while personally developing a rotavirus vaccine and didn't recuse himself. That's the balance they're defending. The American Academy of Pediatrics, a trade organization funded by the pharmaceutical industry, went to court to make sure your doctor has no say in your child's vaccine schedule. They don't want pediatricians in the conversation. They want the government to decide. This is what happens when you try to clean the swamp. The swamp has judges. This case is not over. It's an injunction, not a final ruling. The Trump administration will appeal. And we will keep fighting. Because the children of this country deserve better than what 40 years of this program has given them.

Mike Lee misses the point. “Our democracy” refers to the same concept that Obama alludes to in supporting propaganda and censorship to “save democracy”. They have redefined “democracy” as a system that entrenches and perpetuates democrat power. “Democracy “ in this definition refers to a permanent progressive/socialist government.
Mike Lee@BasedMikeLee

Can you tell me again how a bill to prevent noncitizen voting would destroy “our democracy”? It’s not making sense—to anyone. Pass the SAVE America Act.

@MWeslanderQuaid When a service-connected illness takes them far too soon, their families should never lose the survivor benefits they paid into — especially the SBP that comes directly from the veteran’s own retirement contributions. Medical, dental, VA DIC, and full SBP continuation.

I voted YES on the Balanced Budget Amendment to the Constitution today. Congress must end the reckless spending! Unfortunately this BBA allows Congress to bust the budget with a 2/3 majority — an already common threshold reached by the Uniparty for omnibus spending bills.

The craziest thing about Newsom's $100 million wildlife bridge is that it will allow cougars, an apex predator, direct access into a suburban neighborhood filled with pets, children, and the elderly. It's like the radical environmentalist version of The Purge.

When I directed the Classical Conversations 9th grade curriculum, Challenge I, for two years, we studied Economics in the Spring, and I would bring up the debt clock at the start of the period and again at the end. The students would record the numbers. I pointed out the debt per taxpayer and debt per US citizen, which really shocked them—they already had debt! That made an impression. The US Government is mortgaging our children’s future. It is so reckless and irresponsible!

The debt passed $39 trillion today. Paying a trillion dollars of interest annually on this debt causes hardship for tax-payers and robs us of resources that could otherwise be used for infrastructure or national defense. And ultimately, this debt will enslave our grandchildren.

“So my bill would get rid of that liability shield and say you got to be like everybody else.” Sen. Rand Paul has introduced a bill to remove the liability shield for Covid vaccines. “I think it actually is malpractice.” “Most of Europe and in parts of the US now we’re saying… you shouldn’t be giving the Covid vaccine to kids.” “And yet they were forcing it on kids and then saying… if your kid gets myocarditis… then you have no ability to sue.” @randpaul

Beth Pratt is the left-wing activist in charge of building Gavin Newsom's $114 million cougar and butterfly bridge. She's turned the bridge into a boondoggle, and now blames Trump for blown deadlines and increased costs. Her bio does not note any previous construction experience.

Interest on the national debt is now the second biggest expense in the federal budget. Bigger than Medicare. Bigger than defense. My Six Penny Plan balances the budget in five years. Washington knows we have a problem. They just refuse to act.
Mario Nawfal@MarioNawfal

🇺🇸 The U.S. national debt just passed $38.9 trillion. That number is so big it is almost meaningless, so here is what it actually looks like in real life. The government is paying $1.8 million every single minute just in interest. Not building roads. Not schools. Not hospitals. Just covering the bill on money already borrowed. Your share as an American citizen is $115,000. Your household's share is $288,000. Think of it like every family in the country being handed a mortgage they never signed for and can never sell. And it is growing fast. The government is adding $7.2 billion every single day. That is like buying a brand new sports stadium every day entirely on borrowed money. The easiest way to picture the whole thing is this. Imagine you max out your credit card and can only afford to pay the interest every month. The balance never goes down. It just keeps getting bigger. That is exactly what Washington is doing right now, except the credit card has no limit and nobody is cutting it up. Interest payments are now the second biggest expense in the entire federal budget. Bigger than Medicare. Bigger than defense. Washington knows. Nobody is doing anything about it. They are just hoping it becomes someone else's problem. Source: @WallStreetMav
