Extremely disappointed with @airindia and @makemytrip @makemytripcare @DGCAIndia @RamMNK regarding PNR CCBYQU. My flight from Riyadh (RUH) to Varanasi (VNS) via Mumbai (BOM), scheduled for 14 May 2026 at 7:15 AM, was cancelled without any prior notification. I only learned about the cancellation after reaching Riyadh Airport. Due to an urgent family emergency, I had to purchase a new ticket to Mumbai at my own expense, costing SAR 3,000. Now I need to use the remaining sectors on the same PNR: - BOM to VNS - VNS to RUH However, I have been informed that these segments may be cancelled because I was marked as a no-show on the first leg, even though the flight itself was cancelled. Air India has stated that they informed MakeMyTrip, but MakeMyTrip failed to notify me. Requesting immediate action to: 1. Reinstate my BOM-VNS and VNS-RUH flights. 2. Reimburse SAR 3,000 for the emergency ticket. 3. Hello @AkasaAir, our flight (QP1350) landed at 1:30 AM, and it’s now 2:15 AM. Passengers have been waiting at the baggage belt for over 30 minutes, with no luggage in sight and no staff available to provide any update.

Travelled HKT–Delhi–Goa on @IndiGo6E flight 6E 5341 and 2 of our bags arrived damaged, both missing wheels. Staff offered a ridiculous ₹1000 per bag as compensation. Pathetic service and completely incompetent baggage handling. Absolutely unacceptable.

Subject: Case # 16087814 at Air India. Respected Minister and Designated Officials, I humbly and sincerely request you: Please take a look at this matter and give it your sympathetic consideration. 1. Subject: Case # 16087814 – Justice (Air India) 2. Sir, as you may already be aware, a complaint of mine is currently pending with Air India. (Subject: Case # 16087814 – Justice). 3. As I had previously informed Air India about my issue, I arrived at the Air India check-in counter 5 minutes late because I was changing the diaper of my four-month-old daughter. 4. I attempted to check in via the Air India mobile application, but due to technical glitches, I was unable to do so. I shared information regarding this incident with an Air India Customer Care executive on that very same day. 5. Sir, your Air India team caused me significant distress by citing the 'Terms and Conditions.' Despite my repeated requests, I was not permitted to commence my journey. Consequently, my family and I suffered a heavy financial loss. My total loss amounts to approximately ₹200,000 (2 Lakhs), as four other passengers were also included under the same PNR (K56NL6). Date of Travel: January 13 6. I acknowledge that I made a mistake and was delayed by 5 to 7 minutes; however, there was another passenger traveling with me who had already checked in. Yet, her check-in was cancelled, and she was denied permission to board the aircraft. I would like to know why this action was taken, and under which specific terms and conditions? Passenger: Name – KAKUMANU YOGITHA RAJ DR (ADT) | Booking Reference: N7BDG5 | Ticket Number: 098 2170724756 7. Why was the customer not informed about Air India's terms, conditions, and policies via a phone call? If Air India's system indicates that there are no updates regarding three passengers booked under a single PNR, does it not become Air India's moral responsibility to make a call to ascertain what has happened and the whereabouts of the passengers? 8. Let us assume that the customer did make a mistake, and as a result, she suffered significant loss. The customer has not provided any written consent regarding Air India's terms, conditions, and policies; nor is the customer bound by those rules. 9. According to Air India's terms and conditions, it is mandatory to arrive at the counter one hour prior to the scheduled flight departure time; however, my experience in 2023 at Patna Airport was that your Air Vistara counter did not even open until one hour prior to the flight. 10. And most importantly, the customer is expected to adhere to Air India's terms and conditions that are nowhere explicitly documented, whereas the boarding pass issued by Air India clearly states that the boarding commencement time is one hour prior to the flight, and the boarding counter closure time is 20 minutes prior to the flight. However, as I experienced during my previous journey, the scheduled departure time for flight AI2986—traveling from Mumbai to Delhi—was 22:50, whereas the aircraft remained at the terminal until as late as 23:03. The scheduled boarding time was 21:50; however, boarding did not commence until 22:18. The very first person to board the aircraft was my husband, Kush Kumar (a record of which should also be logged in your system). This constituted a delay of 28 minutes compared to the boarding time printed on the Air India boarding pass. Similarly, the Air India boarding counter remained open until just 5 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. I possess evidence corroborating all these facts, which I am prepared to share with the Honorable Minister, should the need arise. 11. Sir, I humbly request you to consider this: if Air India is unable to adhere to the written information it provides to its customers, why, then, does it expect customers to adhere to those same standards— especially when a customer is delayed due to an unavoidable, urgent obligation? My delay was caused by the necessity of changing the diaper of my four-month-old infant daughter; therefore, on humanitarian grounds, Air India should have accommodated my travel request, particularly given that provisions already exist for transporting luggage on a subsequent day. 12. Sir, I earnestly request that you take cognizance of these unlawful practices by Air India and ensure that I receive justice. 13. I shall remain eternally grateful to you for this gracious intervention.
