@Argos_Online hi, I collected a ps5 this evening and when I got it back to the car noticed that the bottom of the box is damaged and filthy. I've tried to ring your customer services and use the online chat but no help. I just want to swap it for an undamaged one, not refund

@Tesco hi, I've just collected my click and collect order. It was dark in the carpark (and raining) so I didn't notice until I got home that 3/15 eggs are smashed and the baking potatoes I bought are tiny and one has a massive rotten part. Can you help please?

@AmazonUK hi, I was due a delivery today and the tracking says it was handed to resident. It definitely wasn't, I'm the only one home and have no parcel. I need it for this weekend, do I really need to wait 24 hours to report? Thank you

@BootsHelp hi, all of my advantage points (£35 worth) have been erased which I was planning on using for Xmas. I've not been able to use my digital card online in store and was told by staff that "they're temperamental". Can I get my points back?!

@easyJetholidays hi, I'm trying to check in for my holiday 15th-18th September and it says my flight home has been cancelled and I've been put on a MUCH earlier flight home. When I click manage disruption or manage flights it asks me to log in and says wrong details! Please help

@BupaUK have tried to call at various times of the day over 3 days to get authorisation for GP recommended consultant appt, been on hold each time no answer. Longest wait was over an hour. Tried to do the request online but received a message via egress that I can't open!?
