@NetworkRailCHX Thank you for the extra 4+ block walk tonight to access station. The crowds did not warrant it and it was a rubbish end to a great night out. I wonder how many people have missed trains because of you?

@lozadora @MayorofLondon @nationalrailenq @NetworkRailCHX It was a nightmare. No indication that the pedestrian diversion was halfway down the Strand, and no signs or verbal instructions from the stewards. At 8pm! Hardly any crowds but a 20 minute diversion.

Don't worry, everyone, @NetworkRailCHX is here to protect you from all the non-existent chaos! Boarding up the front of the station has only generated crowds on the Strand, as confused people are prevented from reaching their trains in time.
