@O2 8 weeks on and me and my wife are still unable to login to my account as you have locked it… several calls and emails and, “it will be sorted in 24 hours” it’s been a long 24 hours!!! We need our accounts unlocked!!!

phoned @EE yesterday to see why my signal in work is so bad and was told the concrete was too thick to go through. Im working on a new apartment tower with windows in it and on level 21, im not working on a concrete bunker.

@O2 That will make it a 54% increase in 18 months. It shouldn’t be a case of apologizing for how I feel. The relevant teams should be apologizing for not considering the impact of flat rate fees on smaller contract values.
