And he is losing an excuse not to fulfill all of his election promises! Media loses that excuse for not getting the best deal with Trump that was promised and building Canada into an economic powerhouse... @KatlynHarrison

The #LetsGoOilers have no more back to back games for the rest of the year. That should be Jarry's last start as an Oiler. What an awful trade.... and I was no Skinner fan......

@thefamousautist @thackattack41 Only reason the Oilers had a chance in the third was because of Jarry. Third goal he probably wants back but that's an offspeed knuckle puck. Team didn't get out of their own zone most of the third period. Hard to win when you don't attack at all

@ardgoop @thackattack41 Disagree on higher upside. I think Jarry is what he is. Has the ability to be much better but I think between the ears is a struggle. Fresh season with the club next year will be big for him

Sucks to lose a 1st Rd pick to get rid of a bad contracts but the slate is clean after this season and can start again with even more cap space. Banking on the top 6 to continue doing what they are doing offensively

The @EdmontonOilers add a solid 3rd line Centre in Dickinson. He can play against other team’s top players and was very good PK’er for the ‘Hawks. Dach is physical, has personality and real upside. Could surprise here! Mangiapane was a consummate pro during a challenging season.

Nurse playing like he is tonight is a difference maker. Has been jumping up in play, playing sound defence and after Carlo clips McDavid he goes and challenges him. Lands some well-placed uppercuts. When he plays with emotion he makes a much bigger positive impact.

@bcurlock Maybe starting to see why Coffey stepped away. Couldn't save a drowning coach any longer. No Defensive structure or accountability on this team at all. Can't play like the 80s anymore. Gotta be able to defend at some point. This isn't a goaltending issue alone

Other than the goaltending and the penalty kill, the Oilers have been good… Wait I’m being told these are important parts of the game.

@JasonGregor He's been a perfect #5/6 d man for this team. When you don't hear his name for an entire game aside from when he moves the puck, that's a great game

Ty Emberson has quietly had a solid season for Oilers. Has improved in lowering his shots against, goals against and expected goals against per 60.
