@aigetoachq @BDM_BSNL Bsnl deputationist mgmt has purposefully framed faulty HR policies such that they remain in deputation forever and the BSNL recruited professionals always remain at the bottom begging for promotion and PRC.if govt is really interested to develop BSNL should have it's own mgmt.

BDM submits representation on DoT OM dated 09.04.2026 relating to the constitution of a committee for Human Resource Management in BSNL : Bharatiya Doorsanchar Manch ( @BDM_BSNL ) has submitted its suggestions on the DoT Office Memorandum dated 09.04.2026 relating to the constitution of a committee for Human Resource Management in BSNL. BDM has sought a review of the committee framework and requested inclusion of *regular BSNL stakeholders and recognized associations in the consultation process.* Click here for Letter aigetoachq.org/wp-content/upl… BDM has also emphasized the need for fairness in HR policies, protection of career progression of regular executives, and a uniform approach in matters affecting BSNL’s permanent workforce. Bharatiya Doorsanchar Manch (BDM) has raised a major concern raised on continued possibility of using the committee framework to justify perpetual deputation arrangements and policies favouring outside decision-makers over regular BSNL employees. BDM clearly stated that any effort to continue deputation arrangements beyond 31.12.2026 should be avoided, and officers willing to serve in BSNL should do so through absorption, in line with fairness and institutional accountability. The BDM raised the issue of discriminatory service conditions within the same organization. The officers on deputation continue to receive CDA pay scales and benefits of Central Pay Commissions, while regular BSNL employees remain on IDA scales and are denied PSU benefits on affordability grounds, even though both draw from the same BSNL financial system. It is imbalance inequitable and demoralizing for the permanent workforce. Promotions and career progression of officers on deputation to BSNL against the posts reserved in BSNL cannot be treated as a justified arrangement being contrary to the DPE as well as DoP&T guidelines, especially when regular BSNL executives continue to face stagnation, discrimination, and denial of basic career progression opportunities despite being similarly qualified and similarly being experienced. *The practice of promoting officers on deputation to BSNL against BSNL Reserved Posts must immediately be stopped to protect the sanctity of DoP&T/DPE guidelines issued in this regard. The concept of One PSU-One Policy must be implemented in BSNL.* In addition, the terms of reference for the committee should also contain devising a clear accountability framework for the policy makers who are running the company for the last 25 years with a clear focus on why BSNL could not develop its internal management hierarchy in these years. Bharatiya Doorsanchar Manch requests and urgent intervention in the matter so that any policy affecting the future of BSNL must be shaped with inclusive participation of its permanent stakeholders. An Executive who joined TCIL( a PSU under DOT) at E1 grade in year 2009 was promoted to Joint GM last month in January 2026. It is on record. Whereas in BSNL an executive who joined at E1A in 2009 is forced to work still as SDO. Pls intervene. @PMOIndia @JM_Scindia @CMDBSNL

Further forced to do hospitality/escorting VIPs. Horrible

The rupee hit a fresh record low against the US dollar on Nov 27, extending a long slide that began in the early decades after Independence and sharply accelerated after the 1991 devaluation. From around ₹22.74 per dollar in the early 1990s, the exchange rate crossed ₹42.48 by the mid-1990s, ₹63.33 by 2013, and has now touched an all-time intraday low of ₹89.41. The latest fall has been driven by worries over a possible delay in the India–US trade deal, sustained selling by foreign portfolio investors and the initial absence of strong support from the Reserve Bank of India in the forex market. After the sharp slide, the RBI stepped in to stabilise the currency. @voiceformenind Govt always proves gender inequality by framing laws favoring women. We can see reservations in bus, metro etc... All these things happening only due to selfish male politicians. Solution: Make 50℅ mandatory reservation for women in Parliament/legislature.

@anushcache It's surprisingly that the issue of queue is discussed so much here. Many places I have seen men giving out of the queue way for womens,sometimes separate queues are made. Womens need separate reservation in bus metro etc. . But also want superior treatment from men

A #BMTC bus conductor assaulted a woman passenger after she slapped him over a dispute about buying a ticket in in #Bengaluru's #Siddapura police limits on Tuesday. The incident was recorded on a mobile phone camera and the conductor has since been suspended. The woman passenger, identified as Tanzila Ismail, who was travelling from #Billekahalli to #Shivajinagar, sought a ticket and the conductor Honnappa promised to issue one. When the bus reached #DairyCircle, Tanzila again asked for the ticket to be issued when an argument ensued between her and the conductor. In the heat of the argument, the woman slapped the conductor following which he thrashed her. Following the incident, the conductor Honnappa, attached to Depot 34 at #JambuSavariDinne in #JPNagar, was arrested by the #SiddapuraPolice. While recording his statement with the police, Honnappa said the woman boarded the bus at Billekahalli and sought a ticket for free travel. The conductor said he asked her to produce her Aadhaar card, but she did not do so even after two bus stops had passed. He then told her that the bus would cross a stage and suggested that she buy a fare ticket if she did not have her Aadhaar card. Angered by this, the woman raked up an argument and slapped the conductor following which he hit her back.

@sanchitg14 Majority people are earning income through the payments received from phone pe, google pay etc..they are not paying any tax.only 3% people are paying the double tax to bear the burden of the country.For them atleast the tax department should start a life insurance

Today I earned Rs 5000. I had to give 30% to the Government as tax. I thought of buying some caffeinated beverages from the remaining money & had to give 28% as tax. I realized I am working 12 hrs a day just to pay 50%+ of my income to the Government. #IncomeTax

@Shailu_Ajm BSNL always doing only social service in nonprofitable areas mainly due to the govt deputed mgmt and govt policies.but when it comes to actual employees only psu based profit rule applies for the pay to be revised.Hence no pay revision and also no promotion due to flaws in RR
