@lucdid I believe Alan is doing some sort of cross estimation between a leadership « appetite » which corresponds roughly to a budget they would allocate to an initiative, and then drives how engineering would approach estimating it afterward. Constraining the effort from the beginning.

Is there any plug and play solution to create and send company swag to people in the US?
Ideally, I'd just want to add the mailing address in a system and boom it'll send it to the recipient.
We've 4x'd our support staff at Peel for the holidays and are still being crippled by demand. Logistics partners we rely on are also crippled so it's affecting everything.
I run a pretty calm company most of the time, but holy moly has it been hectic lately. 😭
