I never had stitches and I felt I could walk straight out of the labour ward and into the pub where every one was out celebrating the birth .Obviously I didn't but I was miffed.

@alanbleaching 50 years ago my gynae said foot size correlated to pelvic width so with 4 uk feet pelvis too small so I could never give bith. In my case he was right: all 3 were bithed via Caesarians. (Im sure many can give counter examples).

I’m just back to London after a weekend away with my family. A busy week ahead, so now is the perfect time to go and do the big weekly shop. Thanks to politicians not understanding how family life actually works I now have precisely 20 minutes before the shop shuts. It’s not going to happen.

And those qualities were the ones that made him @Nigel_Farage's choice as for shadow chancellor long before his defection happened. If Rob can get Reform ahead of his old party on economic trustworthiness over the next three years the Tories won't just be going backwards at the next gen elxn, they'll be almost completely out of business.

This is really funny 🤣 EU leaders gathered in Paris to discuss the Strait of Hormuz, its blockade and how to reopen it. Unknown to them, Iran had already surrendered the Strait to Trump and declared it open. EU leaders were still in the meeting issuing statements and affirmation, when the news reached them that the Strait of Hormuz has been opened. This is just a typical example of people being irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. And Trump just called them useless. 🤣 It is really unfortunate that Saudi Arabia, UAE and Kuwait were better allies to the US than the UK and France.
