I love helping SMBs get the best deal for their telecom services like VOIP, fiber and smartphones/tablets. We shop your options for free and get paid by the carriers when you order. I recently spoke to someone who signed up for service on their own. They ended up over paying by 15%. I see this EVERY day. Carriers know most businesses don't buy this stuff regularly and won't give you their best price up front. Save your money! Shoot me a note at craig@cmintegrated.com

Glad I could help Pritesh! By the way you weren't losing your mind, their customer service numbers for that service/invoice all go in a loop. What happened in Pritesh's situation is someone ported out the actual phone numbers but they were billing on a bundled account number and had other services (long distance) that were still active. They have to be disconnected separately using a specific online portal.

UPDATE -> SERVICE CANCELLED! I knew from his posts, but I can personally confirm @SMBTelecomGuy is actually a wizard. I'm now on his website to find an excuse to work with him on a project.

Update -> outstanding bill is now $904.63 I've spent 3+ hours over multiple days in IVR hell. Realizing last owner must have went through the same thing and just gave up. It hurts my brain how bad a phone company is at ...answering phones. I've dealt with my fair share of adversity, but man this zombie long distance account must be the final boss. @SMBTelecomGuy please tell me there is hope?

7) Got a AT&T invoice in the mail, $857.81 overdue Strange because sellers never mentioned them as a service provider. They ported the # to Mediacom to save $, but never cancelled the acct. The 5 unused lines were accumulating $42.56 in regulatory fees each month. And previous owner apparently ignored it for 18 months

Just had dinner with these powerful men. @mhp_guy was a baller and picked up the tab. People change when you go on the Diary of a CEO podcast. Every time I get time with Chris, I learn something new that apply to my business. Thank you! @ShannonJean nice meeting you in person and thanks for all the business advice. Can’t wait to see you again. FYI - forgot to take a picture at dinner but got with Shannon. He showed me how he bought $30k with of Costco returns(washers, dryers, outdoor furniture) for $5k. Unreal. Both have very powerful communities that everyone should be a part of.

I saw in another comment that you don't have dedicated drivers per vehicle. A big benefit of these platforms is to ensure safe driving and coach folks accordingly. Samsara and use ai to recognize who is driving so you have that data. Azuga would require the driver to either carry a Bluetooth beacon card or sync their device to attribute driving.

We're a 100% Samsara shop. Use it for tracking/telemetry, cameras + safety, plus ELDs and trip inspections for our heavy trucks. Automated safety scoring has been a huge benefit to our safety program. Video itself has saved us several times when incidents have occured. Happy to give an unfettered demo of it from a customer perspective, plus I know @SMBTelecomGuy can help steer you well.

Thanks for the tag Ben. Kaustubh - I work with primarily Azuga and Samsara. Samsara is your high end option with lots of customization and equipment choices but you pay a premium. Azuga is more SMB focused but they also provide the back end for ServiceTitan's telematics offering. ~$50/month per vehicle for ai dashcam + telematics on a 36m term. Azuga is owned by Firestone. Shoot me an email if you want a demo Craig at CMintegrated dot com.

I used to wonder why small business owners never had their cell number on business cards. Now I know exactly why. Never again.
