@RussellCLehman @andrewmichta FPV drones done nearly everything changing the outcome of every major battle in Ukraine starting from Sumy - Kursk offensive. I can tell you this as a joint fire support officer deployed in Donbas for nearly 2 years already.

Small FPV drones are just the latest iteration of the IED. IEDs were very effective when they first hit the scene, but by 2010, unless they are absolutely massive or very well built Iranian EFPs their effects were drastically reduced, and they ultimately had zero effect on the outcome of the Iraq war. FPV drones are terrifying, especially if you are a dismount, but they have done nothing to change the outcome of any major battle in Ukraine. I think the US will have effective counter measures in the next five years just like we did with IEDs. The anti RPG cages we were mounting on the roofs of Bradleys and MRAPS would be very effective against the FPVs as well, and that's a simple and cheap thing to do.

If only Driscoll had credibility. He sounds like an excited little boy who saw an ad for a cool toy that he wants. First, how could he possibly know that this alleged product actually exists? And actually works? When and where and how was it demonstrated? Who else was there? Was it fully tested, including stress tested? How long has it been in use, and with what results? As I write this, Ukraine is undergoing a large drone/missile attack. Is the miracle system in use, because tonight its defense systems are performing very poorly. Lots of hits. I’m tired of all the Zelensky fan boys like Driscoll swallowing and spitting out his slop.

An investigation by @IrishTimes and @OCCRP revealed that the Aughinish Alumina refinery, located in Ireland and owned by the Russian group Rusal, exports growing quantities of alumina to Russian smelters in Siberia. Вища рада правосуддя 16 голосами "за" вирішила внести подання Президенту про призначення Сергія Масловського (на фото) суддею Північного апеляційного господарського суду. Первинне оцінювання кандидати проходять у Вищій кваліфкомісії суддів (ВККС), де Масловський має впливового родича. Він є братом дружини члена ВККС Руслана Мельника. Тому ми окремо звернулись до ВРП, де згадали цілу низку обставин, які потребують повного і вичерпного з’ясування. Зокрема, користування люксовими авто, походження коштів, родинне майно, питання достовірності декларацій. 👉 І головне. Дружина кандидата, яка також обіймає посаду судді, отримала безпроцентну позику на понад 6 млн грн від Віталія Гайдука - відомого бізнесмена і колишнього секретаря РНБО. У поєднанні з наведеними у зверненні обставинами щодо розгляду кандидатом справ, пов’язаних із бізнес-середовищем Гайдука, це прямо ставить питання можливого конфлікту інтересів. На попередньому засіданні питання деякі члени ВРП мали питання до Масловського. Але після перерви все змінилося: як у пісні "питання є? питань нема". Тому Масловський отримав від ВРП "зелене світло". 1/

СБУ не побачила достатніх підстав для запровадження санкцій щодо колишнього депутата від Партії регіонів Юрія Іванющенка, відомого за прізвиськом Юра Єнакієвський. Зокрема, в СБУ відповіли, що запит НАБУ "не містить достатніх відомостей про завдання Іванющенком шкоди національній безпеці". Цікаво, що у 2025 році СБУ відкрито називала Іванющенка "резидентом фсб в "днр". А тодішній голова СБУ Василь Малюк так відповідав на питання, чому немає підозри Іванющенку саме щодо нацбезпеки: "Там є багато різних злочинів. Хто такий Іванющенко - у мене немає сумнівів хто це. Іванющенко - не просто сірий кардинал, а той, хто стояв над Януковичем". Як бачите, зараз питань до Іванющенка у СБУ вже немає. Тобто, з одного боку - найближчий поплічник Януковича, фігурант численних розслідувань і кримінального провадження НАБУ, який в останні роки неодноразово відвідував рф - жодним чином не загрожує національній безпеці. А з іншого - детектив НАБУ Руслан Магамедрасулов, який викривав міндічів і ко, на думку СБУ, є страшною загрозою. ❗ У першому випадку - підстав навіть для накладення санкцій немає. У другому - СБУ та генпрокурор Зеленського Кравченко знайшли підстави, щоб закрити детектива на 5 місяців у СІЗО за сфабрикованими звинуваченнями про продаж технічної коноплі. Як вам така справедливість у виконанні орлів президента? На нашу думку, це черговий приклад необхідності очистити СБУ від корупційного крила.

На фото - голова Держфінмоніторингу Філіп Пронін, який у першому кварталі перебував на робочому місці лише 27 днів. Як повідомляє @zn_ua, у січні посадовець працював лише 7 днів, після чого перебував на лікарняному, а згодом - у відрядженні до Танзанії. У лютому він був на робочому місці 3 дні: після повернення з Танзанії знову взяв лікарняний, далі поїхав у відрядження в Мексика, а потім ще й оформив відпустку. Загалом у першому кварталі Пронін провів 23 дні у відрядженнях, 17 днів - на лікарняних та 10 днів - у відпустці. Не робота, а мрія, погодьтесь. Зате ми з вами щедро оплатили таку "роботу": за цей період Пронін отримав близько 250 тисяч грн. Як тут не згадати, що Фінмон не тільки не помітив жодних підозрілих фінансових операцій, які здійснювали фігуранти справи "Мідас", а й місяцями не відповідав за запити НАБУ у цій справі.
