@WestJet Terrible response! We are out our flight money, luggage, and had a terrible day running around Denver to find alternative ways to get to Canada because your lack of keeping proper staff in your counter… we are contacting attorneys to proceed with action against you.

@WestJet is the worse airlines of all times! Our flight from was delayed and we got to the WestJet counter 1 hour 15 minutes before our flight was scheduled to take off and nobody was there to take our luggage or help us. we missed our flight to Canada and CS refuses to help us

@WestJet it's only gotten from bad to worse. Because I don't have a lot of followers this approach doesn't faze them. I booked a flight along with another couple. We didn't get a confirmation and now they jacked the prices. I wouldn't trust West Jet. Icalled no help. Chat is down

Someone help me regain my sanity. Bought a @WestJet UltraBasic ticket (I’m a silver tier member, have free checked bags and board in Zone 2 as a result) I realized after booking that these flights don’t count towards building up your member tier status. My bad for not reading this when booking. This flight is 4 months from now. I simply wanted to pay the difference to upgrade to economy so I can earn my tier points and continue building loyalty with WestJet. The answer was no. Policy states you can’t upgrade after 24 hours. How is this a good policy for WestJet? I want to pay you more money to upgrade my flight. What am I missing here?

@WestJet attendant in Winnipeg gave our seats away after we arrived for connecting flight. Sent our luggage though….had to rent a car and drive 13 hours. Terrible, rude employees, bad customer service

@WestJet extremely frustrated. I had booked flights with West Jet via the phone. I received no confirmation. They denied me even calling, yet the couple we are travelling with who booked at the same time has a confirmation. Now because of West Jets error I need to pay more. Fair?

@cschiketanz @WestJet WestJet is infamous for doing that. They completely ruined my trip to Vegas back in 2024 switching from mainline to a Swoop Sardine Can. I guess they never got the memo that getting there is half the fun. They lost my business after that trip.

Thanks @WestJet, for ruining my flight home from our 25th ann. trip to Jamaica by switching planes on us, so no 1st class seating. We paid 100s of dollars to be comfortable for this special occasion. Four hrs of hell to get home. 👍👍 WS2709

Come on @westjet_Rep__ @WestJet you broke the handle off & damaged my luggage on Feb 17/26 flight. Yet continue to ask me for my luggage tag & I keep telling your reps it was on my handle that broke off. My pictures were taken as it came off the carousel. Ur customer service 👎🏻

@jacobs_cda @WestJet There should be zero situation where you are not allowed a carry-on. There was also nothing clear in the booking that said that. And! I didn't pay on the outbound flight which was with a partner carrier, so why didn't west jet respect the same deal?

The @WestJet policy of "no carry on" bags is absolutely obscene, even by airline standards. My flight was barely 50% full, yet I had to pay at the gate $70!! to check my bag because apparently I had the wrong type of ticket. If flying to/from Canada, use someone else. #gouging

@JeffTetz Lack of people stepping forward to fix obviously fractured businesses. Airlines.. for example…think @WestJet would be in this shape if Clive Beddoe was still running it? Hardly any Lee Iaccoca, Steve Jobs around. Lotsa Bezo’s, Musks, etc - not many focussed on a fix!
