Dynamiting buildings, statues, monuments that reflect the character of the old regime is very important. Street names also change. Any public name with a first name in it. Also, total graffiti eradication. All work done by May of next admin. Only risk an explosives shortage

The point of Brutalist architecture, such as the gulag-themed Obama Center for Quality Learing, is to demoralize They know that beauty is inspiring and uplifting, and so wish to replace it with these ugly, lurking behemoths that destroy one's spirit and blight the cityscape

They are going to starve Iran of cash and re freeze everything. Going to prob go after international IRGC family and assets. Wouldn’t be surprised if Mossad goes on an assassination campaign in Oman and Doha. This is now Treasury’s War.

💥 This is an absolute belter. Are you sitting down? This is the best one yet… 🥃 The UK added 11.1 million people since 1997. It built 4.8 million homes. In 2023, net migration was 745,000. Peak annual housebuilding capacity: 248,590. That’s a 3:1 ratio. No country on earth could have outbuilt that. House price to earnings ratio: 3.5x → 7.7x. Home ownership: 70.9% → 63.0%. Average first-time buyer age: 29 → 33. Five housebuilders control 60% of the market and sit on 420,000 plots of land. They don’t want to build faster. Their share price depends on not building faster. The demand was imported by Whitehall. The supply was frozen by planning. The banks tripled their revenue per mortgage. And you paid for it. Yes, ALL of it. @firasmodad Bitcoin is threatening the dollar. The US is nothing without their exorbitant privilege of having the money printer; of course they weren’t going to let this stand. They’ll bring down the world if they can’t be on top.

So, now Trump is blockading Hormuz? Is he really going to stop and seize Chinese, Japanese, and South Korean ships? Because they may or may not have paid Iran? Now the Iranians will tell the Asians we're willing to let you through for a fee but the Americans won't allow it. Then they'll close Bab Al Mandab, with the Houthi also demanding payment. This is getting ridiculous.

Should we have two levels of pension? A higher level for lifelong citizens who have worked all their lives A lower level for recent arrivals and those who spent decades on welfare.

How is this blockade of the toll booth going to work? Are we baiting the Iranians into sinking (or at least attacking) one of our Naval vessels at close range? Who wins this game of chicken?

Bitcoin miners are responsible for their profits, not the users of Bitcoin. Tail emissions is a serious perversion of Bitcoin and anyone who’s caught in that thought process hasn’t understood the bedrock importance of the 21 Million limit enforced by math and consensus.

From ‘we don’t need the straits’ to ‘go in and take the oil’ to ‘it will open naturally’ to ‘we blockade you, you don’t blockade us’ Hard to believe how many people are blindly long risk into the teeth of the biggest energy crisis that’s already baked in the cake for anyone living today

Everyone doing the math on outbound energy bpd and how many days of reserve the world has. No one is doing the math on inbound supply to the Iranian economy and how many days of a blockade before starving parents take to the streets dragging IRGC corpses….

There is massive anti government momentum building in Ireland. Let's not squander it by begging a corrupt evil regime for a price cut in fuel only but harness this momentum to finally drive this globalist regime out of our land for good. May God bless and encourage the Irish 🇮🇪✝️

⚡️This is what the early stage of a political revolution looks like before anyone is willing to call it that. Not the romantic kind. Not barricades and flags. The real kind. Where a population collectively realizes at the same time that the people in charge cannot stop them, cannot punish them, and cannot even understand them. That realization is irreversible. Once people see the math, 300,000 vs 6,900, and once they watch the army threat evaporate into nothing, the psychological architecture of obedience collapses. It doesn’t come back with a fuel support package. McGregor posting is a permission structure for the entire country. When the most recognized Irish person on earth says “they must step down, there is no other way,” that sentence enters the mind of every person in Ireland who was still on the fence. The fence is gone now. There is no moderate position left. You either think the government should survive this or you don’t. And the momentum is entirely on one side. The government is finished. Not today, maybe not this month, but the terminal damage is done. They threatened force they couldn’t deliver. They called working people saboteurs. The Taoiseach literally walked in a back door to avoid facing them. That image, the leader of the country sneaking away from his own citizens, is the defining image of this government now. No recovery from that. None. What’s actually happening underneath the fuel prices and the blockades and the McGregor posts is something more fundamental. The post-2008 consensus in Europe, where governments manage decline and populations absorb the cost quietly, just hit its breaking point in the smallest and supposedly most stable country in the bloc. The contract was: we take your money through taxes, we manage the complexity, you get stability. Hormuz broke the stability. The taxes stayed. The complexity turned out to be fragility. And the management turned out to be impotence. Nobody in any official capacity anywhere in Europe is ready to say what this actually is. So they’ll keep calling it fuel protests. That framing is going to age very badly.
Conor McGregor@TheNotoriousMMA

One wrong move by government here, and you will see, at the very least, 250k Irish people descend on the capital in a blink. They must step down, there is no other way. I cannot see another way. We have already heard the warning of using the army against its own people. We have heard the threat that they will come for the protestors after the protest ends. We have then seen the attempted character assassinations on the protest leaders. None of this has worked an iota as every single person in this country, outside of the political paywall and even within, is wide awake to it. These threats, as well as being pitiful, are now futile. Where else do they think they are going here? Government, you have no more moves. You’re going nowhere but out I am afraid. It is check mate. The gig is up. I don’t condone it, I don’t call for it, just calling it as I see it. Sláinte 🥃⚔️
