Yesterday, the Senate passed the Improving Police CARE Act (S.1595) as part of the NDAA, allowing law enforcement to purchase STOP THE BLEED® kits through the Byrne JAG grant program and directing DOJ to work with groups like the ACS to set trauma kit standards.
