Over December (and the holidays🎄), our entire computational team (led by mighty @yinuo_z98 👑) re-curated public peptide property data and trained and optimized predictors for both linear WT and cyclic/modified SMILES (with pre-trained embeddings across various architectures)!

Introducing PeptiVerse 🚀, our open-source platform for therapeutic peptide property prediction. @arcinstitute turned 4 today. 1461 days later, it's still day 1 here - feeling proud and grateful to be able to work with this incredible team. while we've scaled from 3 to 350 arconauts, it's incredible how closely we have hewn to the founder document that @skonermann @patrickc and I wrote for each other in the midst of a pandemic before the AI revolution

@anshulkundaje It happened earlier this year. LinkedIn doesn’t have the same algorithm to push content, so you pretty much only see the folks you follow. I’ve found it useful for discussions (many ppl follow up in DM’s), but the automated comment suggestions need to be removed.

I've noticed a very large proportion of academics & folks from industry are now very active on LinkedIn. When did this happen? The posts appear to be good, often detailed. The responses are really low quality though. Not sure what's going on. 1/
