Having spent over £1000 in recent years thats another £150 they've lost

Worst ever customer service from @PANDORA_Corp in Blackpool, UK. Saw a charm in the window we went in to buy, assistant told us it was 3 for 2 so wanted to look for others. Went inside and because I couldn't tell the assistant exactly what I want I was told there was no browsing!

Lots of chat this week about taking kids out of poverty meanwhile @DWPgovuk are performing reviews of universal credit and suspending payments while they do it. I have friends looking at payday loans to put food on the table :-(

Absolute farce at @manairport T2 short stay. At least 40 minutes to get outbthe car park and then it told me (and everyone else) we owed more money thus delaying everyone and making them longer. An absolute nightmare!

Our @premierinn breakfast this morning. Although having waited 15 minutes to be seated we just sat down anyway. No coffee machine either. Lack of staff seems to be chronic at all sites.

Day two and still no @AmazonUK parcel. Maybe focus should be less on attracting new people to sign up for prime of you can't fulfill the deliveries of long standing customers!

A frustrating experience when your prime next day @AmazonUK package is out for delivery but needs a code so you stay in all day to be told it won't be today a they're so busy with prime day that they haven't got time to deliver anything and then offer you £5 as "compensation"

@AmazonHelp I already did that. That's where the value of me having to stay in all daybfor a guaranteed delivery was valued at £5 having spent over £700.
