Right now, the CPC under Poiliever is basically back to performing like the party did under O'Toole, the same O'Toole conservatives denounced as insufficiently conservative.
The Liberals keep going up and the Conservatives keep going down. The CPC has plateaued back to roughly their historical norm which is not enough to win a majority. So the question, what exactly is Poliever doing other than being a placeholder?
