@HRISHIKESH3390 You should check out the Laura Owens v. Clayton Echard case in Arizona. She filed a bs paternity case against him and the judge lit her up. She is now facing 14 felony charges in Maricopa County, and her attorney is facing bar discipline for his actions and behavior.

Today I met a warrior judge in court. He was scolding a woman and her advocate for filing a fake case against an innocent man. The conversation went like this: Judge: Why did you file fake case against this man? Woman: My lord… I’m sorry. Judge: Sorry? Do you even understand what you have done? An innocent man and his entire family have been dragged into years of stress, humiliation, and litigation. Woman: I didn’t realize it would go this far. Judge: That is exactly the problem. People file allegations casually, but innocent families pay the price for years. Courts are not meant to be used as tools for harassment. I am initiating perjury proceedings against you and contempt against the lawyer who assisted in filing this false case. (Everyone was stunned by what just happened.) Woman: I am truly sorry… Judge: The law must protect the innocent, not punish them. And then... My alarm rang. I woke up. #JusticeIsStillDue

You don’t often see EPA agents in the wild like you do with the CIA or FBI but when it happens, it’s very funny.

@Andy4B .08 is a presumptive limit. You hit that level and you are presumed to be intoxicated. However, you can still be intoxicated or operating under the influence at a lower level. And, that is only for alcohol. You can be under the influence of other substances as well.

So here is what I don't get. Britney was pulled over, she had 0.6 alcohol in her blood, the allowed maximum is 0.8, which means she was NOT drunk. WHY was she put in jail? What's going on?

@ClaytonsJustice @LoudLilDucky @LumberLaw Yes, their attorney did work in the case even though it was dismissed, and he wants to get paid for his work and asked the court to approve his fees. He received a certain amount before the case was filed and is being paid the balance from the plan payments held by the trustee.

@RonColeman So are we sending Seals or Deltas to bring them back? This judge is an embarrassment to the legal profession. He has failed to act in good behavior as required by Article 3, is well beyond his jurisdictional authority, and needs to be removed from the bench.

It's child's play compared to a bankruptcy meeting of creditors and a 2004 examination, especially if you trigger involvement by the US Trustee's office.

He likely warned them of the consequences for not getting things done in a timely manner, but ultimately it's on them to do it. Now they face filing again and will face additional hurdles.

They clearly were not ready for all the requirements for Chapter 13, but had to file to stop the foreclosure, which is very common. Their counsel should have prepared them for what it takes to get a plan confirmed.
