@AdvanceAuto Is swindling the elderly part of your business plan? One of your associates did an upsale of a part to my elderly mother, which in fact wasn't needed. Then when she went to return it, was told she can't because it was electronic. Disgraceful. #scam #bbb #aarp

Hey @UHC. Completed a hysterectomy yesterday afternoon, discharged her home in the evening (saving @UHC and everyone some money). Discharge medications included 12 Vicodin. (retail cost $30). Vicodin DENIED pending prior authorization. Patient in pain all night. Way to go.

@optimum My internet goes out at least 3-5 times per week, like it is right now. Is this normal? What about staying on hold for 20 mins, getting disconnected, then still on hold for 15 mins and counting? #optimum #poorservice

@Walmart Did you change your policy about restocking returns? Three times now I have gotten home to find items that have been opened/used. The kicker was today when I bought a Waterpik that was unwrapped and appears used. Isn't selling used items as new deceptive/illegal?

@walmarthelp Can you please respond publically on your policy & procedure? Are the employees processing returns supposed to check the item to see if it is opened or used or missing parts? Do opened and/or used returned items go back on the shelf to be sold as new?
