Not when he talks Amnesty. I do not go by what people say. I go by what they actually do. Do you see @POTUS Trump aggressively going after those who hire illegals. No. He is talking about sitting down with those who hire illegals and letting them decide which of their illegal alien workers get to stay, get Amnesty. If you reward any illegal alien with Amnesty you are rewarding those who hired them illegally with Amnesty. The only way to stop and end organized crime is to go after everyone involved and to punish them all. The Reagan Simpson/Mazzoli Amnesty gave way for this 38 year assault on all rights of U.S. citizens. Two decades we have been denied justice and we won't rest until we get it 100%.

This is insane… explains why they all live with mansions their express families in affluent towns and cities. Aunties, cousins and uncles all collecting their $3000 free stipends, free healthcare, school and everything else. And Indian run CEOs to ensure job security for the whole family despite lack of training, Indian owned visa briskness to ensure visa stay current, indian run admissions to colleges to ensure their student get accepted, Indian owned banks to ensure loans stay current and Indian owned grocery daycares to add to extra income to their poachers. What a fucking racket. But hey, Mr. President, you keep turning a blind eye. While Americans sit the bench. Got it.. and Vance.. you will never win an election in 2028. We see 🫵. @POTUS @VP

The Fraud: American banks gave loans to people on 3-year visas—including H1B, L1, L2, H4 EAD, OPT, F1, and even illegal immigrants. During the COVID-era 2–3% interest rate lock, they bought multiple homes with fake job offers. With remote work, families worked 2–3 jobs each.Texas home prices tripled from under $250K in 2014 to over $750K by 2022. The Jobs:Fake H1B Indian staffing consultancies stole American jobs. Out of 1,000 employees, not a single American citizen was hired. H1B is meant for highly talented people who can't be found in America—but these consultancies hired only from Hyderabad, India. They looted $20–30 billion in PPP funds during COVID. For each employee, one job was legitimate; the other 2 jobs were paid through shell companies in the UAE—giving real estate land in Texas or cash instead of proper wages. The Result:Americans who sacrificed their lives, fought wars, and paid taxes for 250 years are now jobless, homeless, families broken, children on drugs, divorces rising. Fraud money sent to India caused Hyderabad real estate to jump 300%, pricing out honest workers in both countries. The Solution: End H4 EAD, L1, J1, L2, E3, TN, and H1B visas. Denaturalize birthright citizenship for temporary workers' children. Raid all Indian-owned consultancies—50% of fraud will be solved in 1 month with $20–30 million in resources and founding. Recover all PPP funds with fines. Revoke fraudulent green cards and citizenships. @SenateGOP @SenateDems Don't just talk—act now. Protect American workers. Stop Visa fraud. No more bills. No more delays. Protect Americans who sacrificed 250 years in wars and taxes to build this country—now they're suffering. Visas are only good for 3 years, renewed only once. So 6 years max. The visa program has been abused for years. Start deportations and end this program until Americans are all employed

Foreigners are only supposed to stay in the United States for about to 6 years total on a on H-1B visa 🚨 New banking data shows our banks are approving 30 years mortgages for Indians on H-1B visa to buy homes in America. Aiding them in abusing our Visa system “The H-1B housing crisis gets more insane the deeper you look into it. So according to the National Association of Realtors, for the year of 2025, Indian nationals spent $2.2 billion on houses in the United States. Now apparently the biggest misconception is that the H-1B program is temporary. It was created for temporary visa workers to come over to the US and maintain jobs and work and then eventually go back to where they came from. Well, now as many of you have become aware, the H-1B visa program is being used as a loophole to stay in America. But this isn't just something that you and I are aware of, because the banks are also aware of it, considering they're just giving away 30-year mortgage loans to these H-1B visa holders. Now, out of the 2.2 billion, 97% have lived in the United States, and 67% bought a home and made it their primary residence. Now, why would people be buying homes if they were only here temporarily?” It’s negates the system is openly being abused and our banks are aiding them just like they were aiding illegals with mortgages, loans and bank accounts The way to get illegals to leave in huge numbers is to make it as difficult for them to surviving in America as possible We need a full financial ban for noncitizens and strict limits on H-1B visa holders

This is old news! I don't know why Americans are just waking up to it. The homes they're buying are expensive and out of reach for most Americans, but they're also getting money to buy up hotels and gas stations while Americans struggle. @j_fishback

The theoretical aspect doesn't matter. Remember: The purpose of a system is what it does. Not what it's *intended* to do. Thus one can fairly say that the purpose of the H1-B visa system is to get cheap labor and provide an end-run around our "regular" immigration system.
John Hawkins@johnhawkinsrwn

@WallStreetApes I'm not against an H1-B visa program in theory -- at all -- but in practice, it's so heavily abused in so many ways that we may need to genuinely discuss ending it if it isn't dramatically reformed.

H-1B workers (Indians the largest group) poured into a handful of tech metros during the 2020–2022 boom and bought homes with 30-year mortgages. Those same cities (red and orange on the map) are now seeing the steepest price crashes as that demand reverses.

These mortgage loans are out and out fraudulent and an affront to American citizens who do things the right and honest way. This scam also artificially drives up home prices hurting American families trying to buy a house. An immediate enforcement action must be issued by @SecScottBessent through his bank regulator the OCC, in conjunction with similar actions by Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Walsh and FDIC Chairman Travis Hill, to prohibit this unsafe and unsound banking activity. The banks involved should be fined. All mortgagees who lied about their legal status. income or other relevant underwriting information should be prosecuted and deported. Further, the OCC, FDIC and Federal Reserve must internally investigate how their bank examiners allowed this scam to materialize and metastasize. Trust and faith in the American banking system needs to be protected.

INDIAN NATIONALS PURCHASED $2.2 BILLION OF US HOMES LAST YEAR Always follow the money. Nobody believes the H-1B visa is temporary. Not even the banks. A 30 year mortgage against a visa issued 3 years at a time only makes sense one way: the lender expects the borrower to stay. Per NAR's 2025 report, buyers from India purchased $2.2 billion of US homes last year. 97% of those buyers already live here. 66% bought a primary residence, the highest share of any nationality. They had the lowest all-cash rate of the top 5 countries. 57% took out American mortgages. Fannie and Freddie buy those loans "under the same terms that are available to U.S. citizens." Direct quote from Fannie's selling guide. How does a 3 year visa clear a 30 year loan? Because the 6 year "limit" has a loophole. Under a 2000 law called AC21, once a green card case has been pending a year, the H-1B renews in 1 or 3 year increments with no cap on renewals. File for a green card and the temporary visa becomes indefinite. And the line never moves. The green card queue is 1.1 million Indians deep, and CATO puts the wait for new applicants at 134 years. "Pending" means forever, so the visa renews forever. USCIS's own numbers show it: 65% of FY2024 H-1B approvals were continuations for people already here, not new arrivals. Underwriters see all of this. A pending green card counts as evidence the income will continue. The mortgage industry looked at "temporary" and priced it as permanent.
