The shift in the crypto fundraising landscape the past 6 months has been insane. Crypto VCs used to have to constantly be networking/writing/podcasting/going on spaces/promoting your thesis/getting on 10 deal flow calls a week, to get into good deals...now it's literally enough to just have capital to write checks. Deals are being pushed rather than dug out. Inbound if people know you have money is at an all-time high. Most firms are either 1) Out of money 2) Moved to Series A and beyond or 3) Fundraising (with no success). Deals that used to close in 2-3 weeks now close in 2-3 months. Firms with questionable business models or copy pasta of the latest trend are getting zero primary or follow-on funding (Good news!). There are now realistically <20 firms writing checks in pre-seed/seed. VCs basically have the pick of any deal they want, with more time to do DD. IMHO 25/26 are going to be historic vintages for those who stick around.

Probably worth being clear on where I stand with all the things I'm working on etc Really boring unless you're trying to figure out wtf is mine and not mine etc - Currently I work at Eliza Labs, where I mostly do CTO things, building software mostly - Eliza Labs has a kind of venture studio model, where we are incubating different projects built on elizaOS - This includes Babylon, Eliza Cloud and a few other projects coming to fruition now - All of our plugins are compatible with OpenClaw through our OpenClaw compatibility layer - There is a token which started as the memecoin ai16z, migrated to elizaOS and it is still being supported by the Eliza Foundation - Some news and clarity around that forthcoming in the next few weeks - Other memecoins have popped up around us, and I have claimed the fees and directed them to the projects we're incubating or ideas I think are cool, including Milady, Eliza Town, Shaw (lol), Clawbal, etc - I have been working on Hyperscape and am involved in that token directly-- we made it specifically to enter the pumpfun hackathon - I have also been working on the Milady app, which is an autonomous agent built on elizaOS - Two Milady memecoins have popped up, one on BSC and one on Solana/Bags, and I claimed fees on both - Hyperscape is directly integrated into the Milady app, as is Eliza Cloud - I created the idea for Babylon and prototyped it, now it has a team releasing it - Also working on an agent-first network called Jeju, but very work-in-progress - ElizaOK was a test of Moltbook while working on Clawbal, I have been using the accounts to test Milady, can redirect some fees to devs if anyone wants to help - The tokens I've directly and intentionally created are Degen Spartan AI, ai16z which is now elizaOS, Hyperscape GOLD - Anything else is a community coin or is something I've claimed fees on Important: Sometimes I post and talk about projects which I like or think are cool. I do it because I try to support creators and builders using Eliza, or who are building cool and interesting stuff. I do not think it's okay to shame me for this. I'm not playing the financial game that you guys are playing, and I want to be able to use my platform to support other creators, not to make some memecoin price go up, but to get more attention to their project. If you try to pressure me or say that I'm scamming just for posting about stuff built on my open source technology, I will spank you. The industry has no time for crying in the casino. If we want decentralized networks to be cool, we can't allow people to act like dumb children. Okay I hope that clears everything up. Although I'm sure it will just cause more confusion... I tried.
