NEW: A three-time deported illegal immigrant from Honduras is accused of beating a man unconscious and then dragging him behind a dumpster and raping him while he was incapacitated in Suffolk County, New York, @ICEgov announces. US Marshals arrested Jose Ignacio Bonilla-Garcia, 32, on April 4 near Richmond, TX, as he was allegedly attempting to flee to Mexico. ICE has since lodged a detainer with the Fort Bend County Jail. Bonilla-Garcia entered the U.S. illegally at least four times and was removed three times in 2020 under Title 42. He then snuck into the country as a gotaway, marking his fourth border crossing.

NEW: Streamer Clavicular is now facing criminal charges for allegedly shooting a dead alligator in the Everglades, according to the Miami New Times.
Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Rundle says the streamer "did unlawfully and knowingly discharge a firearm in a public place or on or over the right-of-way of a public paved road, highway, or street, or over occupied premises."
Clavicular (Braden Peters) is reportedly facing a misdemeanor charge of reckless discharge of a firearm.
He is facing up to one year in jail and a $1000 fine.
