Hey @AmazonHelp, we had ordered an Mi Band 5 on Amazon. Instead, we were sent a faulty Mi Band 4 in an Mi Band 5 box. We realised this only when we took the product to the Mi service center to get it replaced and they told us that the product is actually Mi Band 4 while the

invoice says Mi Band 5. Given the mismatch, the Mi service center said they can’t replace the product. And now your customer care is shirking the issue saying that it’s past the return/replacement period and they can’t really help us. This is nothing less than fraud.
