The last government identified the need for 6000 social care workers, we ended up dishing out 600K social care visas, many of whom never even worked on the sector at all and are now due ILR.

The thing with Nigeria is once there is an evidence of a decay and/or abnormality and people point at it, it is immediately turned into a tribal discourse. Educated folks will make it a tribal issue rather than focus on the message. It cannot make sense to any reasonable person in academia that 40% of Law graduates can make First Class. How people defend it and make it a tribal discourse is embarrassing. We have Law School all over the world and Law is not a to easily produce 40% first class graduates in a set. UI is not even exceptional in Africa, not to mention the world.
