I was recently invited to speak at @TheFoundrySF on startup negotiations. It’s amazing to think how much founders negotiate in startups, often without even realizing it. You might know about negotiations with cofounders, investors, potential employees, consultants, advisors, you should even negotiate with your lawyers (lawyer fees are some of your biggest expenses!), & if you’re lucky, you're negotiating your merger/acquisition deal.
