@AmazonUK why do you (rightly) ask for ID when delivering knives but then claim it’s delivered and leave it in next doors garden when they don’t answer the door either unsigned for? Not really a safe place to leave it….

Ordered a new washer through @ao who assured us of a quick delivery, unfortunately the wrong machine arrives, Very disappointed , the attitude of the delivery crew was shocking, looks like we now need to wait to Monday, it’s a real shame because we were very impressed till now
