@Asurion, the customer service I received today was once again a reminder that it’s better to just pay out of pocket. Paying for an insurance-like service that does everything it can to avoid fulfilling its end is robbery.

@Asurion got rejected for an Amazon purchase because why? All the proof they ask for does not meet what they ask for. Sent, needs more proof, sent, needs more proof. Just a stupid circle only to get the claim rejected because they are not versed in what Amazon has available! Help

Assurion can i have a refund on my insurance. My phone was lost in Puerto Rico 3 days ago and i have been waiting 24 hours for the last 3 days. My phone number is 240-435-0261. I have spoken with Craig from the corporate office his number is Craig 6154452427. He was not able to help. I am not at home so they claim they cannot send the phone to another address thats not mine. Can we fix this immediately or just refund me my insurance money. @Verizon @VerizonSupport you might as well cancel my plan because @Asurion @AsurionCares is refusing to send me a phone. I will upload the conversation later on that i had with multiple reps.

@AsurionCares Don’t waste your money on these warranties. Been trying to get our Dyson vacuum fixed for 2-3 months and @AsurionCares has failed.they’ve returned it broken twice. Now they’re giving us the run around!!! @Dyson

You find out how worthless @Verizon, @Asurion and @apple support is when your iPhone is destroyed😡 If you have Apple Find turned on, @Asurion wants to charge you an extra $300 if you don’t turn find off, you can’t turn find off because apple requires that you have phone access

@Asurion worse customer service. had issues after 6 days with my replacement, tried everything including today my 4th and last email. NO HELP. Tomorrow i will send a link on this site so you can complain to NYS INSURANCE COMMISSION about this poor excuse for a company.

sign dpps I should not have had to sign. It took forever to even get it even partially fixed but I loved @Verizon so I let it go. Now here I am a year later, needing a new phone and being told they dont care. They advised to call apple or asurion because they refuse to help! 2/4

As a former @Verizon employee I can not recommend enough that you SWITCH YOUR PROVIDER ASAP!!! I was an employee for 13 years, had Verizon service for 20 years. Had a whole situation with phones a year ago where I was lied to, promised things that never happened and forced to 1/4

@VerizonSupport I'm a SF, CA customer paying for Asurion device protection and I've hit a wall. Asurion will not provide me a viable option to fix my cracked screen. I'm aware of my rights with the CDI and CPUC. Can someone with authority please help? #Verizon #CustomerService

@Asurion insurance with @DICKS is the biggest waste of money and time. Highly recommend to not purchase as getting something replaced is next to impossible.
