@RThermo56 @emilkowalski I use it (quiet a bit). It's very good and levels up most animations effortlessly on normally static claude outputs. I paid the $99

@emilkowalski Does anyone use this? $99 is kinda steep. Can anyone recommend it for that price?

How many iterations it takes to get the same tasks done has increased. Claude doing monumentally different errors (lit GH commits without being asked to, which it replied "my bad" to!?). Overall uptime. Whatever you all started doing around end of Feb has been a constant hangover into April.

Think about all the orgs using Claude right now that have no idea how bad it has become over the past 4 weeks ago. No statement from Claude - but a total revert to where the model was a year ago - which in comparison to when 4.6 got released is effectively last years AI model. The amount of bugs, security issues, and complete destruction of production applications is going to be felt for quite a long time due to this. Claude: nothing to see here.

It doesn't matter you can build faster now. The slop bucket is overflowing. People need to see visible effort, craft and passion in products, otherwise they fade into obscurity almost instantly. Being genuine as a maker is more important than being efficient.

I’m really not sure why anyone thought that in 2025 Apple designers were printing off physical material and using bubble glass objects to see how liquid glass might look in the real world as a real part of the design process. The more surprising thing is that I don’t see a single Studio Display in the real design studio pic.

“There’s a Mexican standoff happening between product manager, designer, and coder.” Marc Andreessen on how AI is reshaping core tech roles: “Every coder now believes they can also be a product manager and a designer, because they have AI. Every product manager thinks they can be a coder and a designer. And every designer knows they can be a product manager and a coder.” “People in each of those roles now know or believe that with AI, they don’t need the other two roles anymore.” @pmarca on Lenny's Podcast with @lennysan

Agree! They do, esp for the luggage pass through which I like to do in the airport up until I’m in the jetway. Brown buffalo has vertical access for the conceal - but no water bottle pockets, the standard issue has the features but it’s a half zip (same w the civic half zip). Lots of vertical ones don’t have luggage straps or water bottle pockets though. It’s like some tortious blend of imperfections lol

I've had the Timbuk2 Authority Backpack for 10+ years now and it may be time for a new bag. While I love it I'm also wondering: is there a 🐐 backpack i should consider??

@benblumenrose If you don’t care about full clamshell the CHZ (half zip) they redid this year and its pretty smart. Looks less like a turtle shell (a caveat of the CTB20 imo)
