If not #Potholes then these road cuttings is gonna kill people. This looks like the work if competent authorities like @NammaBESCOM or @bwssbchairman on 80ft road Nagarabhavi. Near MKAhmed stores. Public safety is the least on their minds after such a shabby work. @BSBommai
