Instead, they’ve chipped away at the progress made, most recently by letting enhanced healthcare tax credits expire at the start of 2026, sending premiums soaring by 114% on average for millions of Americans. The only Republican plan is to make life more expensive and Americans sicker. Let’s strengthen the ACA, not continue to gut it.
