World Health Organization (WHO) Western Pacific
Tuberculosis (TB) remains one of the deadliest infectious diseases in the Western Pacific Region and globally. Countries have made important progress in expanding diagnosis, treatment and prevention. But significant challenges remain – including pervasive stigma, delayed diagnosis, gaps in access to services, and the growing threat of drug-resistant TB. Accelerating progress will require strong political commitment, sustained investment and continued innovation. Expanding access to rapid diagnostic tools and bringing TB services closer to communities will be critical to reaching everyone affected. With country leadership and strong partnerships, the Region can move faster toward ending TB. Yes! We can #EndTB. #WorldTBDay

Happy International Women’s Day
UHC2030@UHC2030

Happy #IWD! Over the past few days, we’ve shown how incorporating a gender-responsive approach to health systems can close disparities, advance gender equality and address the specific needs and vulnerabilities of all population groups, including women and girls, and shared six key asks for decision-makers. Help us turn those asks into reality! Use our advocacy narrative to unlock progress and drive political commitment and accountability. Get it here: bit.ly/GenderResponsi…

It’s #WorldToiletDay, a reminder that sanitation isn’t just infrastructure, it’s dignity, health, and survival. As our world changes, from shifting climates to expanding cities, the way we think about toilets must change too. Today calls us to ensure that every person, regardless of where they live, can rely on safe & clean toilets. #HealthForAllNG

I’m taking an integrated brand experience course. Made the decision after going through a phase in my life where I started to feel lost. So this is a journey of self discovery for me.
